Waited 30 MINUTES for a coffee. This is not me exaggerating. The place is popular but doesn’t have enough staff. Advertising you have coffee outside your shop and taking that long to get it to the customer is a real issue.
If there were a zero star option this is what they would get! Waited 20 minutes to get a smoothie….terrible service and the smoothie sucked rocks! Avoid this place at all costs…
The best açai in town
Had the Acai bowl with bananas and strawberries. It was really good. They have a nice little outdoor area to enjoy your breakfast and people watch.
Açai tasted pretty good but had about a 45 minute wait both times. Only 1 staff member on both times I went during peak busy times and they could not keep up with serving and making orders.
It kinda smelled a little bit but overall it was good

The food is so so good. Nothing I ever had before, it’s tasty and healthy. The owner is so nice, service 10/10. And the place is so clean and pretty. Favorite place in Palm Springs so far

This place is awful. First, it’s soft serve Açaí from a machine. Second, I asked for protein powder which wasn’t blended at all and just thrown into the cup. Third they are served in cups that are too narrow for the fruit at the top. Overall a horrible açaí bowl. Would not recommend it. Go somewhere else. And for a kicker, no music and feels like a stale quiet library.
Rude customer service. Up charged for gluten free granola topping. Barely sprinkled one of the four measly toppings. Avoid.

Looks good but $17.00 for an acai bowl are you kidding me what a joke place never coming back.
Great Açaí place and also has a good selection of teas.
