Excellent service and friendly attentive server.
Very friendly, delicious crepes, and reasonable prices!
Biscuits and gravy awesome ❤. Next day had French toast my friend had crepes looked marvelous 😊
Place was slammed when we came in with one guy working front of house. He absolutely killed it! Food came out incredibly fast - Alfonso (the chef) was a machine. The crepes were so light and fluffy and the hollandaise sauce was excellent. Great experience from start to finish! Do yourself a favor and stop by when you're in Nevada City.
They waitress working yesterday was absolutely fantastic. (04/02 around 1pm) I don't think I've ever received better service from one ever before and during a semi rush at that. I really appreciate it. 💫 I'm glad they have a gluten free crepe option however I don't recommend it. I've had it a couple of times here now and am not fond of the taste of theirs. But the home fries are very tasty! And they serve organic eggs upon request as well as dairy free creamer for coffee. Love that very much. 🙂
Super good food, super fast service. Real bueno
We visited this sweet spot this afternoon and got the most delicious breakfast. Great service, sweet staff, patrons of all ages, great atmosphere, and very welcoming. We will definitely come back. Loved it!
Excellent service, food is amazing… perfection
The Classic Caffe is a wonderful hole in the wall, great service and by far the best BLT in Nevada county!
Great "Throwback" Diner w/ counter seating and some of the BEST espresso EVERrrrr~♡
Service was very poor make sure Brian is not your waiter!!!!!!!!!
end of day got order wrong
Darn good burger 😁. Nice little place.
Our FAVORITE place for Sunday brunch! Some of the best food in town for any meal. Service is always top notch, and we love sitting in the mini patio out front.
I have to say, this restaurant completed my perfect experience to Nevada City. My family and I went hiking on the "Deer Creek Tribute Trail" and after we finished, we parked behind the amazing, "National Exchange Hotel." Enough of our trip though. This restaurant has a beautiful French Chef inspired menu with cooks that can execute things quickly. The service was quick and very friendly. This place is a must stop when coming to the area. I cannot wait to come back here. That being said, make sure you plan your meals with your trip because a lot of places in the area are breakfast and lunch only or dinner only so there are a few hours of being unable to get food. All in all, I cannot wait to come back Broad Street, especially for this restaurant.
Quaint little diner in a friendly little town. Well worth the visit.
Nice atmosphere and very friendly service, but I felt uncomfortable the entire time due to the level of cleanliness. I kept having to wave away flies and as we were seated at the counter, I just watched and waited each time the cook set out a completed dish to see whether a fly would land on the food. I also had a direct line of sight on the stovetop and while it doesn't particularly bother me if the person preparing my food isn't wearing gloves, it did strike me that this guy was handling the food more than was necessary - for example, plating the English muffins with his bare hands and fumbling with them where he could have just used a spatula to transfer them. Restroom cleanliness was honestly unacceptable and a look behind the scenes on the way to the restroom wasn't super encouraging. For all of that, the food was just OK, not really worth the price.
Excellent breakfasts. Prices range from $13 to $16. Cool chill vibe
Delicious food and the best waitress anyone could ask for! Caley is super friendly and very attentive! Eat here...you won't regret it.
I usually don't do this review thing but...this place is awful. The food was greasy gross, I still felt ill the following day. The tab was close to $50 for a hamburger, breakfast crepe, tea and a coke. Just a heads up, walk on by. The one star is only because you have to give them something.
