Caffino

I've been a few times and always have awful customer service. Once, I asked for two flavors and they refused. I could only have one. Today, I was trying to tell the barista someone was trying to steal her phone through the window and she cut me off telling me to pay! Just weird. Also they don't have sauces and only syrups? Never been to a coffee shop that doesn't have the staple Ghirardelli Sauces.

Great coffee and blended drinks and the people that work there are very friendly.

My absolute favorite coffee. I’ve tried a lot of different types of coffee, but this little drive through coffee shop is my very favorite. The sizes are huge and the favor is out of this world.

Caffino’s walk up window is great for when we go on a neighborhood walk and picnic. Their large iced lattes are huge and absolutely perfect for a hot summer day.

Ordered a petit hot chocolate which was like milk. Requested for more chocolate and was told that thats how its going to taste because it is petite! And if I need more chocolate that I would need to pay $1.50 more! Not going there again :(

Best iced americano and coffee around! Its made fresh and is organic too! I get mine with no added cream and sugar and it is perfect! Staff is always friendly and helpful as well! I'll definitely be coming back!

This coffee shop is the most outstanding coffee shop I have gone too. I love the customer service they provide here. It is a 10/10 worth the wait. I always will recommend an Oreo cookie fresco with a floating shot, it is out of this world.!.!.! Ana is the best and I always see her here working so hard. #supportyourlocalcoffeeshops

The black coffee is worse than in McDonald. If you like good pure black coffee (with no sugar and cream) - stay away from this place.

I love the coffee. But multiple times I have gone there and they are closed before 6 pm. Today I got there at 5:48. Please update your hours, this was a waste of my time and gas.

The coffee is good as well as the quality of it! The reason for the rating is due to lack of staff or shortage or staff. I always have to wait over 10 minutes in line and another 10 minutes for my coffee to be ready. They have multiple windows, yet only one person attending to all the customers.

I've always loves Caffinos since the opened the very first one where I used to live. Since the one in Mountain View is the only one left I visit everyone I'm there

Red Velvet Latte is a superb! Never had it anywhere else! worth a try!

Their frescos are AMAZING and the large is HUGE! Drinks are super yummy and the service is really good!
