There is no food here. The atmosphere is excellent. The employees are always friendly. Surprisingly the service is always quick. Alot quicker than Disneyland.
Dutch Bros is by far better than the other popular coffee chains! Much better prices and love all of the options! The Islander is a favorite . Lots of options for people with possible dietary restrictions or for non dairy choices etc. Really friendly staff !
Watched at least 50 cars go through the drive through while we waited at the walk up window. One woman waited 20 minutes for her single drink and had to leave to make it to work and they didn't apologize or anything. Just sent her off without a drink. The fact that they prioritize drive through over walk up is ridiculous. AND THEN, a woman came up to the window and said "I just went through the drive through and spilled my drink, can I get a free new one?" And they made it in SECONDS while the 6 of us just watched?
I had the coffee (black, no sweetener) and it was awful. It tasted like bitter roast. It’s an extremely low quality coffee. Black coffee should be naturally sweet if roasted and brewed correctly. Their espresso was bad too. The roast was way too dark and the shot was over extracted. Very nice staff, awful coffee. If you like your coffee to basically be a milkshake I guess this place won’t be so bad for you

My wife is a regular at Dutch Bros, everyone that works there knows her, knows her unique drink. I came rollin thru there one day with my buddy and ordered her a drink to take home and when I got to the window I heard a barista say that's Emma's drink, how do they know Emma's drink? She said, how do you know Emma? I said, I'm married to her.
literally the dumbest drive thru set up on the planet. saw the drive thru only had 6 cars in it. usually has 30. figured it would take 10 mins to get a drink. nope. still takes 20 mins and once i spent 40 mins in line. next time im tellin the girlfriend to get it herself. drink is not worth the wait. bad admin.

UPDATE: dropped to 3 stars because of line order- they say pick shorter line but if person in front of you takes forever they skip you and go to the car that got there AFTER YOU- has happened 5x or more. Asked employee to take someone’s order that got there before me and she stated they have to zig zag cars- Expect long lines and wait times- BUT GREAT SERVICE AND AWESOME DRINKS. Plus we got decal stickers which was nice. Must try rebels and golden eagle- it is not like Starbucks different texture in blended drinks that last longer. One complaint is the drive thru lines are designed horribly- but there are employees to direct you
I was so happy when I saw this Dutch Bros as I was driving down McHenry a few weeks ago. My favorite coffee hut and new obsession. They didn't disappoint here either. Friendly staff as always, quick, accurate, delicious. Winner everytime. Keep 👏 it 👏 up 👏 Bros 💯
Best and busiest location I've ever been. I go regularly. The mafia is super friendly and always get my drink right.
Not so great just another place with drinks super packed with sugar and hardly any flavor to it

I lov this Coffee house. Though i get to try most of everything else here too.. I love the lemon concentrate sugar free blended drink 💜 my new favorite.The coffee drinks are almost as good as her blue and brown eyes too.. and so,are the rest of the their colors too.❤💜🤍🤎🖤💙💚💛🧡
The lady taking orders wasn't paying attention to the line and was about to let a car cut me that came several minutes after me. When I corrected her she gave me an attitude, saying things under her breath. This was the first time I've had bad customer service at any Dutch Bros. Will never return to this one.

Just want to take this time to acknowledge an employee there his name is Wilson. I was in drive thru when I noticed I couldn't find my wallet I told him and i was going to to back out. But he told me not to worry and paid for my drink not only mines but asked 3 of my kids who was with me what they want and paid for it as well. Thank you sooo much Wilson we appreciate your customer service 🙏🏾 👏 🙌 👍🏽
Love Dutch Bros. I always get the large Rebel and try my partners drinks cause they try new stuff 😅 The staff are always so friendly and helpful
Speed, quality, and service don't seem to matter much here. I have had very dissatisfied experiences since I've started coming to this location. First is the customer service. They don't really care to engage in conversation or ask how you / your day is. Had a couple rough days after work and they didn't hook it up. I've had to repeat my order more than once because they don't listen. If you have a bad experience and try to let someone know, they also don't care much. I felt like I went unheard. I used to love this place, but now I think I'm not interested in returning.
Friendly staffand orders are always correct. Walk up orders are usually a 15-20 minute wait which is a too long in my opinion
