Over 40 minutes in line waiting for a drink with no movement in the line. I know they usually have long lines but this is ridiculous. People who are walking up to order are getting their drinks while we still wait. The kids bring drinks out to random cars but because they're so far back in the line they can't leave. It's a complete cluster.

Much better experience with wait time today! Customer service was also great today. My order iced hazelnut truffle white mocha with soft top. Overall 10/10!

20 min to get my drinks. 1 was half melted already, and I asked for it to be remade. They just took off the lid, stirred it, and handed it back. I'm not paying $5+ a drink for it to be melted. Will not go back to this location
