The employees are very polite and friendly. I've been getting the Mangonada Rebel with extra tajin. I absolutely love this drink. It was so tasty.

I ordered a lemon poppy muffin top and large/xlg strawberry lavender green tea through the drive through. The line was pretty good. I was 3rd in line. It went quickly. The representative that took my order greeted me with a smile, answered my questions, and made great suggestions. They were friendly and professional. Both the muffin and the tea tasted very good. I'd recommend them, but I'd caution to order light or very light on the ice in your iced drinks... The only thing that bothered me was that there was very little of my tea in the cup. Because it was mostly ice and very little tea. The ice literally was filled to the lid. Being inexperienced with Dutch Bros, I think that the over abundance of ice should be explained to new customers. I'm not sure if this is normal or not in their iced drinks. If it's not the norm then maybe more training for employees, so this only happens if a customer request this much ice. When I order a drink my purpose is to actually have a drink to drink, not ice to look at. I'm quite disappointed that I paid around $10 for a 'tea' that was mostly ice and a muffin top. It was literally filled to the lid with ice. Just a few small sips and no more tea, just a cup full of ice. I definitely don't want to pay over $5 a drink just for a large/xlg drink that basically just ice dipped in tea and added to a cup, and a very small splash for good measure. What I did get tasted really really good. Was gone before I left the drive through instead of being able to enjoy it on my short commute home. There just should have been a lot more of it for the price and size of the cup.

If I ever need a cheering up/ mood recharge, THIS Duch Bros. is my first choice! I NEVER leave there without a SMILE and a great cup of coffee.
