Great coffee. Great customer service. Highly recommend I have been buying coffee pods from San Francisco Bat Coffee for years. I love the taste and sustainability efforts. Recently I had an issue with some of my coffee pods. I contacted customer service to let them know about a defect. They responded quickly and efficiently and offered to replace my order without asking. Great coffee. Great customer service. Highly recommend
About a year ago, our office made the switch to using San Francisco Bay Coffee's one cup coffee pods that are compostable. We have found that not only is their coffee flavorful and enjoyable, but the compostable pods align with our commitment to sustainability. Their shipping and delivery services have also been prompt and reliable.
Great coffee, never disappointed.
Love your coffee Starbucks was my favorite but now you are! Also love the resealable bag
Muy bueno
Would love it if you resumed tours of your facility in Lincoln.
Consistently the most frustrating coffee-making experience! Are their coffee good? I don't know as I can't make a proper cup of coffee using their pods. I bought a box of their coffee from Costco, and it didn't work with the Keurig K Supreme I have. I contacted them, and they were nice and said they will send me an adapter that would fix the issue. Also, they said they will send me another box of the coffee--great, that was a mistake for accepting another broken box of k-pods. So don't use the adapter as it was just a shim to try raising the pod higher and it did not work. The real problem was the additional height had put more pressure on the K Supreme's lid that its hinge became loose and now the K Supreme won't work as well with other brand's properly designed pods. Well, don't call these k-pods when they don't work in the K Supreme and let buyers know. And don't sent a replacement box that had the same design flaws. Find your company a new pod design decision maker. It's a poor choice to fix a problem with an even worst patch. BTW, poking holes in these pods is the only way to guarantee that you don't end up brewing a cup of hot water. Just can't wait to see this replacement box depleted. A classic example of an good idea gone bad--putting these unused boxes of k-pods into the land fill wouldn't it just violate some of the intends of the company's pod design?
I. LOVE. IT!!!! First of all the price! A 2lb. Bag of French roast beans for just $12 on sale at my Ingles, originally price was like $16 I think...but for 2lbs. In my area even that's awesome. It tastes amazing! 😋 and the beans don't stick to my grinder like my Starbucks does and we also all know how pricey they're coffee is for a tiny bag. So it's a win/win for me. I love my coffee very dark and strong and the French beans delivered! But I'll be watching for more flavors to hit our shelves to try them as well, dark or not! Thans SF BAY COFFEE!!!
This is my all-time favorite coffee! For years and years I was not able to drink any coffee, even decaf because I have PVCs and PACs that affect my heart, which gives me skipped heartbeats. When I tried this coffee, it is the only coffee that does not affect my heart!!! I am so ecstatic over this! I always buy the gorilla decaf, it’s my favorite and I buy the whole bean. My GAGGIA Anima Prestige coffee brewer has a built in coffee grinder and this does not clog the burrs. I have been using this in my machine for over six years and no problems. There is nothing like a fresh brewed cappuccino using freshly ground beans right before the brew! I just ordered three more bags, although I have two on hand, I’d like to have more just in case lol! So I’m hoping my new order will have a further out expiration date. I love this brand and hope they continue to make the gorilla decaf!
Well I work there as a security officer.
Buena compañía buen café ☕️
I used to love this coffee but the last box I bought from Costco has had many pods break open in my Keurig, leaving a mess of grounds to clean up. Perhaps the commercially compostable rim can't handle the heat from my Keurig. Update: I have not had an issue since the original bad batch. I really enjoy this coffee. It's great tasting and a good value. Moving to 5 stars again.
Love their coffee and don't live very far so stopped by to visit their store. Sadly, due to Covid they have closed the store and the only option for purchase remain via retail locations or a shipped online order.
On time appointment in and out 45 minutes
Terrible customer service and never reply for refund request email three times.. loved coffee but to the trash can as of today.
Very easy to order and they have a great selection. Cheaper than most coffee sites
Absolutely wonderful coffee (Haight Ashbury is the best if you like bold) and fantastic service! I had a few hiccups in a recent order with them and could not have been treated any better by their Support team. They swiftly and professionally resolved my issues going above and beyond in the process. This is a family owned business for decades and it really shows. You're not going to get service like this by Amazon or Starbucks. Highly recommended.
I stumbled on this brand on Amazon and began to purchase directly from them soon thereafter. This family-owned coffee company makes EXCELLENT coffee in convenient Keurig-friendly pods that are ALSO earth friendly! 🌍 I’m able to support a family business, that supports small farmers in Central and South America who grow coffee beans & I get to do it in a way that also works for me & my busy life. My 3 favorite flavors? French Roast (I buy both regular and decaf - both are delicious!) this is my go-to, morning and evening coffee Extra Dark Italian Roast (OMG - just sayin’!!) <— so good! (my afternoon treat) Rainforest Blend (a little lighter for those times when you want/need coffee but not ready for the bold French or Italian blends). So happy to have found this company - except,…it has spoiled me and I no longer want to hit the local coffee shop. My morning cup at home tastes better (& saves me money!) ☕️
SF Bay has amazing coffee, and even better customer service. I've been ordering SF Bay coffee through Amazon for years and decided to make the switch to ordering from them directly (and promptly forgot about the order.) A charge I didn't recognize came up on my credit card statement and so I called the number on the statement. Spoiler alert - it was SF Bay. Linda answered the phone, we had a good laugh over my forgetfulness. While I was on the line, she looked up my order and pointed out that I had a monthly recurring for one bag, which charges $6 shipping. She offered to change my order to two bags, every 8 weeks, to avoid the shipping charge. I was so grateful for her help. Taking that moment to look up my order and help me save $6 each order (which will add up over time) was such a kind thing to do. Thank you, Linda - and thank you SF Bay! For those of you still reading my novel - Due to anxiety, caffeine and I are NOT friends. However I love coffee. SF Bay Decaf is the best decaf I've ever had (and please trust me - I drank regular coffee for close to 20 years so know what it's supposed to taste like!) and it is 99.9% caffeine free. So if you want to make the switch, I highly recommend it!
By far the best coffee I have ever had. Brews perfectly in my Keurig , if you haven't tried it please do. I buy mine at Raleys but I'm sure you can find it anywhere
