Love this place, this is hands down the best casino, poker house, table games, slots and hotel in northern Cali, nothing else comes close.
Slow….slow….slow they all act like they don’t want to work!! 15 in line with 2 people in front of me with 4 people working horrible
Poor customer service. My drink tasted like water and costs $7- couldn’t even remake it to make a customer satisfied. Going to speak to corporate about Ricotta or whatever her name is.
Wifey looked up Peet's and didn't realize it was in the casino. Really sux to go in a smoky casino to grab coffee. Kiddos had to stay in car with her while I ran in.

Havana cappuccino is the best! Ordering is a breeze despite social distancing and Covid-19 restrictions. This shop is located inside the Thundervalley casino. Definitely bigger than their old location (now a Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop.) They have an excellent variety of baked goods so if you get hungry while gambling then get your caffeine fix here with grub on some good snacks.
The service could’ve been better, but there were multiple workers there with a bad attitude. The coffee was a little watery too. Not too satisfied with Peet’s.
Very friendly and helpful staff especially how busy it was on Thanksgiving. The coffee was a little to strong for my liking .
I love Peets but this location is horrible. Terrible service. Spent $10 for a dirty Chai with almond milk. Friend ordered almost the exact same thing and was charged half of that. Two of the baristas got annoyed when asked simple questions as to why the cost was so different. Wish I could give negative stars for watered down coffee and awful service.
Strong coffee super man
Mr Peet he got da coffee and mo . Hot drinks, cold drinks, small snacks! I think the coffee is slightly better than Starbucks but that is an opinion. Also it's located inside BelAir and Raleys so you can get custom sandwich and eat at coffee shop. Also anything from the deli! So your choice is wide and large. Don't think they have the somewhat extreme coffee choice of S'bucks but I just want coffee. They do have the normal things like latte, mocha, tea's and such. So if you in da hood, stop by and enjoy.
Their coffee as well as the employees are quite tasteful I must say.
I wouldn't give it a star but to tell u how horrible the service was I had to. The cashier had a big attitude when my fiancee was ordering and then very rudely said we dont accept peets coffee gift cards. Ummm if ya'll are peets coffee and we use a peets coffee gift card I dont understand why you can't accept it. Never wasting money at any peets coffee place again, I rather give my money to Starbucks instead.
I went to this place and I asked for water and they said 50cents for water....Starbucks never asked for money but here
Three things I wish I'd known before going to this Peet's: 1. This Peet's is a "partner location"; partner locations (like in supermarkets) don't usually appear in searches for "Peet's" on google maps, but this does. As a "partner location" it doesn't honor Peet's cards or app. 2. Since this is in a casino, there is smoking in the building. That might be a positive for some, but not me. I guess casinos operate under different rules and smoking is allowed in the building. 3. Google maps guided me not to a legitimate parking location and not even to a legitimate entrance, but rather to one of many service bays on what is otherwise a blank wall at the back this huge building.

Peet's coffee is good any time, priced little higher then your local locations but it's conveniently located inside the casino and are open 24 hours
