I say this was a five star experience I come here for the lavender tea, I will say there is no public restroom which is unfortunate. I will say I would’ve liked a bit more sugar in my tea.

Got the matcha smoothie and it only lasted a second... So delicious
So...my granddaughter asked me to take her out for Bobo...whatever that is. I was told that this place had it, so we went there. Sure enough, it seems that they serve a type of drink made from some vanilla flavor base that has various types of fruit balls, cookies, candies and flavoring added to it. I bought her and her girlfriend one each ... six and eight ounces in a custom plastic flask ... Price ... $18.00. OK ...so I spoil her. After they made the base in a large blender to begin making the drinks, there was some of it left over, so I asked the waitress if she could put it in a small cup so I could taste it. I was brought up in New York where we purchased milk shakes from the malt shop. They always had some left over in the mixing tin cup. They always filled a large glass with the shake and then gave us the tin which had about 25% more in it. She said she could not. She told me that she could let me taste a spoonful from the container, which I declined, and then she proceeded to pour the remains down the sink drain. I am baffled! How are these kids raised!! This truly defines stupid, not to mention rude. There was a woman behind me at the counter. She was stunned, as was I. I asked the cashier what the chances were that I she thought I might be back again. She said probably not. I said WRONG ... ABSOLUTELY NOT. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid! My reviews on Google Maps now exceed ten thousand hits. This type of review is rare for me, but I must say, I would avoid this place like the plague. Looks like we are back to our original treat location next Friday. I have lived in the Antelope Valley since 1974 and I am well known in every major circle of business and politics. I can't wait to tell this story in person.
Spend little extra on your business and get drink carriers. Not everyone who comes in only orders 1 drink.
The Vietnamese Ice Coffee and Caramel Milk Tea with Boba and lychee are spot on.
Since the weather began to cool, I wanted hot drinks so about 2 weeks ago, I ordered online 3 large hot tea drinks. They called me and told me that the large drinks can’t hold hot drinks so they have to be lukewarm only. I accepted since I had no choice. Today I called over the phone to ask which drink size can I order for hot tea and I was told: regular. I order 3 regular hot tea drink but when I got my order, they were in the plastic cold drink container. I asked why they weren’t in the hot drink cups. The employees stated the lids doesn’t fit the hot drink cups. I pointed to the sample hot drink cup with the lid on the register and said that lid fits that hot drink cup. They said the sample lid for the sample got drink cup isn’t available so they either have to use the cold drink lid on the hot drink cup which doesn’t fit and spills all over or use the cold drink cup which doesn’t insulate the drink nor keep it hot. It’s very annoying as a customer to be left without a choice instead of being told that the store doesn’t have proper hot drink cups and if I’m okay with using cold drink cups before paying for my order! If hot drinks are offered on the menu, make sure to stick the cups and lids to go with the menu!
This place "used" to be good, it's a shame that now they have such a bad customer service, 2 customers waiting for their drinks, 3 customers to get the order taken and the 2 employees (girls), get to were they prepare the drinks standing having a conversation, lady infront of me upset because she told the cashier that she had a rewards card with a free drink and the cashier forgot that with the free drink you can only get regular size and charged her for the drink because customer order a large drink ( she should told customer that), we wait 45 min for 2 drinks, finally they call my drinks and the employee drop my drink , I understand it was an accident, but no body said anything, employee just turn around and start doing a new drink, my mom took her drink from the counter and it was no straw, so she took a straw because nobody was a the counter, then the employee came around the counter where we were standing and told my mom " you can't get a straw on your own, you can't put your hand through the open plastic square , you have to wait until we give it to you", that was rude, I told her that no body was at the register to ask, she told me " well we were making your drink that we drop by accident " Never coming back....GO TO BOBA TIME
Im not gonna lie, the drinks are fantastic, but the service is hella bad. I went there a few days ago and wanted to buy a pink cherry blossom drink. I give my order to this one lady (who by the way treats me very poorly). I wait a bit and hear her call out "Pinky cherry Blossom" i head over just to see a green tea with little too no boba at the bottom. I politely told her this was the wrong drink, but she just gave me attitude and wanted to charge me for a second drink!?! I kept insisting that she should just make another drink, but she did not care. She didnt say anything, took the old drink and threw it away. No apology. No, sorry i made a mistake or misheard you. Nothing. She just ignored me until another guy came???? I'm not one to complain, but this drink was gross and i didn't spend a bunch of money for that. The service is trash here.
Employees weren't helpful. The drinks are low quality. Everything was artificially flavored. Thai tea tasted like a cup full of burnt leaves. Banana smoothie tasted like those gross heavily artificial candies. Taro smoothie was over sweetened. Terrible customer service. Definitely deserved a refund. Threw one away in front of them. Gross. Never coming back again.

This review is for you all my paranormal experts and Jewish readers The tea box is like opening up a dybbuk box however instead of opening up the box and releasing a dybbuk the tea box releases a explosion of flavor I would much rather open up the tea box because if I where to open up a dybbuk box I would be possessed by a disembodied spirit and that sounds like no fun so instead of opening that I opened up the tea box and was met with a good surprise they have a very extensive variety of different teas and they all taste good Tea box is 10/10 way better than a dybbuk box
The staff is very friendly and professional. Selection is great. And so far everything we’ve tried has been great. We’ve been there three times and we will go back again.
This is by far the BEST online Tea Vendor anywhere. Every loose leaf tea I’ve purchased has been spectacular. Fresh, crisp - just perfect tea!! And they package everything with LOVE 💗. It is so obvious the care that TeaBox puts into their shipments. And they arrive FAST - straight from India, I think. I won’t go anywhere else. And I’ve been to the World Tea Expo twice. This company is the REAL DEAL! Love them and you will, too!
First time here! Thai tea w/Boba was great. But the customer service sucks. She didn't offer us a stamp card.
I usually stop by next door to get water and always see this cafe. Today I went in with my wife bought a Thai tea with boba, and a beef bowl. Everything was very good and loved the Thai tea. The only complaint that I have and really it's just a personal thing. I would have loved to get mint as a option. Maybe they had it and I didn't ask. Other than that, great tea and Phõ.
Been here for their boba and I was surprisingly astounded by the quality you can get for the cost. If you haven't tried it I'd recommend you to come by and try their boba, out of all the boba places in the AV this is one of the better ones out here. Would recommend
