They have good drinks. The avocado toast was good. they were out turkey bacon and sausage.
The food is great, I really like it. The only issue is their service. It’s not for a lack of trying, they just seem really unorganized. I know they probably have issues with help, but someone needs to step up and figure out a system to move things along a bit. I hope they can get this figured out. I Wish them luck!!
Friendly service, awesome variety, and an uplifting atmosphere make this a great place for a business meeting, a rendezvous, or a spot for some personal reflection. The free library outside even offers an opportunity to pick up (or drop off) a good read to help pass the time.
I've been coming to the modern tea room for 7 years, and they have consistently been amazing, which is a hard thing to do. The drinks and food both are top notch with flavors. Service does tend to be slower, but it is worth the wait. I promise you'll love the food, drinks and people who run it. Thursdays, they have specials you don't want to miss out on.
The vegan food here was pretty good although it is not a total vegan restaurant. The jackfruit burrito was better than I expected. The vegan Philly Cheese Steak was also pretty good although the jackfruit was a little on the salty side but not too bad. The service was pleasant and helpful. They were busy but I didn't feel rushed. The atmosphere is appropriately themed. Music was loud enough that it encouraged patrons to talk louder and create a sense of an engaging happy atmosphere. Personally, I prefer a quieter atmosphere. The seating is limited so if you visit at a busy time you might have to wait. The serving staff was helpful and very pleasant which is a key reason for me to consider returning. Also I forgot my hat 🤠 and one ran down the Blvd to get it to me. Much appreciated 👍 So if I am in Lancaster again I'll be coming by to try some more delicious vegan food 😋
Unique experience, great food! Try to get there before 11am in order to nab their biscuits and gravy; I just missed out.

Reasonable prices and great food.Cracker bites and avocado toast were delicious with parmesan.Choclate Chai milk tea hot is great, along with the Tropical twister. Great testing food and service.

Delicious, excellent, and varied menu, vegan/vegetarian and regular food...teas, smoothies, coffee ☕️ 🧉🫖 are the 👌 best....I super recommend it ...love it ❤️
Staff is very rude and unaccommodating. We sat there for 20 minutes watching others get sat before us because we had a party of 5. They did not want to seat us. When I asked what to hold up was the lady was very rude when saying they can't seat us. We could have sat at tables next to each other but they kept seating other people. We ended up walking out and unfortunately I will never know if the food was any good. Then again what's good food if the people who work there are rude.
Small place with vegan options for brunch/breakfast. Potatoes were cold and undercooked and food was not as flavorful as we were hoping. Nice staff. Waited too long for coffee. Prob won't be back
Loved our beverages; Matcha tea and Kambucha Refresher Our meals were so delicious, I know it's a little pricey and the portions are smaller, but the quality was worth it! I love the eclectic feel and ambiance this cute restaurant brings to Lancaster (so needed!)

A surprisingly good Cubano sandwich with great seasonal beverages. Service is a little slow but was worth it for the food.
Was gifted gift cards by the city.. So we decided to use one here at the tea room. We were greeted as soon as we entered. Des (short for destiny) took our order. I explained to her that it was our first time. Well she suggested something for us all, and let me just tell you. I loved my tea. I don't even remember the names.. Going to try to get a hold of her so I can write them down. They were so good. Five star service for sure!! Great vibe, very clean and peaceful. I'm all about the energy, if it's off I can't step foot inside.. Well the energy was gentle to my anxiety. Thank you for your wonderful service and your tasty tea. You have a new customer for sure. Way better than Starbucks!! No lie💯

One of the coolest place we have in the AV. Staff is always friendly. Food is always on point whether vegan or regular menu. Kids and teens love it especially the gummy bear tea. My mom loved the hot lavender fog she got.
Great option for vegans. Fast, friendly service. Delicious breakfast and lunch options. Definitely a great find!
