What a delight! Julian is a darling town and this was the pinnacle! The ladies were so sweet and the food was amazing. I was surprised they didn't have Earl Grey on the tea menu, but the service was lovely.

Only shopped for teas this time. I found Tulsi tea in a variety of flavors. Also had to have The Republic Of Teas DA Mrs Patmores blend can't wait to try it out.

Very accommodating, fit me in for afternoon tea for two on short notice. They have an extensive tea selection and their scones were fluffy and moist. The gift shop is very quaint.

Came during their 27 year anniversary and got their prix fixe Classic Afternoon Tea for $29.95 for adults and $9.95 for children. This is the quaintest tea shop, located inside a historic home that dates back to the Gold Rush. The shop also extends to the second floor. They play the calmest piano accompaniments throughout the store, have the cutest tea accessories, a plethora of antique to new teacups and teapots. The women who work here are extremely delightful and friendly. I have a tradition of coming here every year, by myself and a book, to just sit and take in this quaint mountain town with some delicious tea and foods.

Food is all made there and is so delicious. Our faves are the chicken curry salad sandwich and the pumpkin soup. The staff is wonderful!
