Employees took my order & failed to fulfill the order. Only after asking where my order was did they begin preparing my order.

Ordered a Cortado was told to go to Starbucks. A Cortado is definitely not a fluffy SB drink. I guess because she didn’t have a button to push she couldn’t make it. Ended up getting 2 shots of espresso with equal parts milk , which by the way is a Cortado!!!

Quick drive thru. I asked for easy ice and it was half full of ice, flavored syrup was at the bottom of my iced tea.

Love the location but it seems to have turned into an office for people while some kind of place to hang out all day, not order a drink or food for others. Maybe it was just that day. I'll give them that...some lady next to us was going through what seemed like the entire content of an office or desk. So weird. All this while the piped in music blared so loud at 11am (great music but more suited for a gym), that my friend & I were screaming at each other just to chat. We ended up sitting in our car after 20 minutes of this nonsense.
Can never get any consistency with the one single drink I order. Stopped going for months out of frustration, finally returned tonight only to get a drink more awful than before even after being very specific.
It's been a while since I've been to a coffee bean and now I understand why... Primarily it's the customer service, they just don't make you feel welcome, more like an annoyance... At least they are consistent. Didn't like the coffee either.
I go here all the time. The cookie butter is delicious, also the cookies and cream, pumpkin, and the tiramisu😋. The Matcha is delicious😋

Quick Iced coffee to go but looked like a nice atmosphere, few people on laptops working.
Convenient location and quick service, but nasty attitude and horrible coffee. The girl taking drive thru orders on 02/03 between 730a.m. and 8a.m. seemed like she was having a bad morning and decided to take it out on the customer. Never going back.
Only for the fact the place really needs to be dusted, deep cleaned, and updated. It’s been here a while and it’s looking tired and dirty.

Always a good experience. Nice little screened seating area outside with tables and umbrellas, the staff is pleasant and hardworking, and the toasted jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese is da BOMB - chewy, crispy cheesy goodness.
