Nice little coffee shop in downtown HB's pedestrian area by Mian Street, just a couple blocks off the PCH. The young lady made my coffee exactly how I described it.

Best coffee in SoCal!
Definitely the best Coffee Shop I’ve experienced in Huntington Beach. It has a third-wave atmosphere, but the quality of coffee would be more equally compared to that of Starbucks. I’ve been here twice, the first time I ordered an Americano which was definitely over-extracted and very bitter. The second time, I ordered a drip and it tasted more like water than coffee.
Coffee was bomb. Service was super chill and polite.
