There food is excellent, but When ever we order food via Door-dash, things are missing, either cream cheese or bagels are less. Can not they confirm items before putting them for pickup

It's a chill place to get a beagle and coffee. The food tastes great but it's always busy. However, their employees are always performing at their best.
Great selection of bagels. I tried the Jalapeño bagel toasted, very good. Would recommend stopping here.

Best bagels! Soft, not chewy. Simply amazing. Have them as a sandwich, you won't be disappointed. Their cream cheeses are divine as well. Although they should really make more jalapeño bagels. They are out ½ the time I go.
A cute little bagel shop, and what I would consider a Fresno classic! We've been picking up breakfast here for years. During certain seasons of life, we've picked up bagels weekly as an easy and much-loved breakfast by our 4 kids. I would describe Uncle Harry's as your typical walk-up breakfast spot. They have a large visible case of bagels in front, with a good variety of flavors. Coffee drinks are also available, in addition to a small refrigerator of juices. The dining area is large, and it's sweet to see all the older folks who frequent this establishment as part of their routine 🥰 What holds me back from a five star rating here is the inconsistent quality. We've visited here dozens of times, and likely ordered hundreds of bagels over the years. Unfortunately, it's always hit or miss -- on numerous occasions the bagels have been burnt around the edges (not just darkly toasted, but black and tastes like ash), under-toasted (like barely warm), excessive amounts of cream cheese shmear (or hardly any at all), etc. We've even had several occasions where the shmear was made completely wrong (for example, the bacon cheddar chive contained carrot shavings instead of cheddar cheese... So strange!!) Anyway, Uncle Harry's is a solid breakfast choice for grab and go bagels... Just be advised of inconsistent quality in preparation.
My first time going to this place .
First time I've tried uncle Harry's. Really good I had A strawberry 🍓 begal with strawberry cream cheese so good ! I ALSO got a BegalDog for my brother 😋 yummy.. AND I got myself A caramel macchiato coffee it was really good🧋so good.. 😋 I will be going back to try something Else again soon!. 🥤🧋☕️🥛🍽
Food is great! More than once they forgot to add my cream cheese on my breakfast sandwich even though I pay extra for it... Wish that just came as a standard option. I wish they could understand I'm swapping sliced cheese for cream cheese and not forget... Not sure why that is hard to do at a bagel place but ok.... Other than that, no complaints.
This morning at approx 630 am was a horrible wait time. They need to have staff hand online/door dash orders vs foot traffic orders. It took us 25 min to get two breakfast bagel sandwiches. They have to have a more effective strategy when they deal with morning traffic.
Come here for the cream cheese and lox bagel. Everything is good here!! All the bagels and spreads are fantastic!! The one on Shaw and Cedar is my favorite!!

First time here. The menu looked so good that I had to order 3 sandwiches. & Let me tell you, NONE disappointed whatsoever. I've been looking for a place like this! Amazing food! Absolutely love it. Fast service, great taste and so many options!
Decent Service, Decent Frozen Dough Bagels....If you love Bagels, they still hit the spot! Why keep Coffee Stir Sticks somewhere other than where the Coffee and Cream is located?? lol!
