Coffee is burned. Don’t have proper 8oz cappuccino size options. Not great.
I use to go here all the time, and recently had to stop by as I was in the area, I use to get the Milky Way blended drink, however they no longer have it, they did however have the cookies and cream and they added Carmel and Carmel drizzle and man it was amazing! Lyric helped me out and was extremely polite, professional and really cared if I liked my drink or not. Rare to find an employee like that.
I waited 30 minutes and never got served.
Atrocious customer service!!!!!! Terrible experience over the request for additional drink holder(not sturdy enough to begin with)to carry 4 large drinks!!! Literally got yelled at with "get out of here" from an emloyee!!employee!!! The Company shall see who they hire and spend money on adequate supplies.
Had a Starbucks latte today to compare it to the ones I have been receiving from Rare Earth this month, as I am new to Rare Earth. Hands down...Rare Earth is far better than Starbucks. Even as I started sipping the Starbucks latte through my straw, I knew instantly that there wasn't even a comparison to be made other than to say that from now on, all of my coffee will be purchased at Rare Earth, and I was even a 14-year customer at the local Starbucks in Fresno/Clovis area. The only issue for me is that the employees at the Johnny Quik aren't always in a good mood. So far I am batting 50/50% on that one. Will try the my next latte at the one next to Advance Auto Parts on Shaw. Best so far was the facility inside the Sierra Pacific Ortho Center on Herndon. Best coffee though was made by a barista at the Willow Ave., Clovis Johnny Quik with the initials 'SR'. Thanks 'SR' for the best coffee drink I have ever tasted, bar none. So smooth I thought I was skating on black ice! 5 STARS FOR THE COFFEE. 4 STARS FOR THE SERVICE.
Love Rare Earth Coffee! A local treasure, their roasts are smooth and affordable. We visited the Roastery in Clovis, got coffee drinks and bagged coffee for home brewing...

Had never tried this up and coming brand of coffee, Rare Earth but it was worth deviating the Big 2. The drive through is located at a gas station and the coffee drink selection was impressive. We really enjoyed the change.

I have been coming here for a long time now, and usually have had a good experience. The last dozen or so Times not so much. Today it took 34 minutes to get my drink. Only two cars ahead of me. No apology for the wait. I ordered a simple vanilla latte. That will be my last visit.
One of the worst drive thru experiences. Placed order pulled up to the window. ONE car in front of me. Sitting there for about 5 minutes, no activity at window. The employee comes to window hands them 3 drinks. She then takes 2 back! She then reappears about 10 minutes later!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Then employee and customer appear to be exchanging some type of cards back and forth. I finally get to the window but no one is there? Never comes to the window to apologize for the wait. I sit there for ANOTHER 3-5 minutes, nothing, I then left with no coffee. The only Rare Earth location I like is the Roastery in Clovis.
I pass it every morning weekdays and finally decided to try ordering it off GrubHub. When I get Dutch Bros I usually get a rebel blended drink so I ordered the Strawberry Pom blended energy drink from RE and it was SO GOOD!! I also ordered a chorizo breakfast sandwich which was filling with the drink and was so flavorful! It had a little kick which I liked as well. I am definitely trying their Strawberry Peach blended in a larger size next time I order since I liked the Strawberry Pom so much, along with the Chile Verde burrito since I called and asked questions about their menu. I would like to add that the woman that helped me on the phone was so polite and told me what their different breakfast items were and what they had in them. I apologized for asking so many questions to which she said no that I was totally fine. Everything was reasonably priced. This coffee place definitely has a new and loyal customer.
I like the blended drinks from Rare Earth Coffee so hopefully they can bring more to Fresno because I usually only get it when I'm around Madera Ranchos
Hidden gem in a gas station. LOVED my latte. Definitely better than my usual Starbucks. Going to make this my regular stop when I'm down in town.
Hidden gem! Loved the location and open loft/warehouse style. Great variety of blended drinks, including smoothies! My favorite was the piña colada! Very nice shopping experience. You can purchase their grounded coffee,biscotti, chips, and super cute drink ware. Everything is reasonably priced
It's fairly priced but the taste is taste therapy to my mouth.
I was soooo excited to try their matcha oat milk iced latte and it was we way way too sweet and thick it didn’t even taste like a matcha oat milk latte. Super disappointed
