The tea is good but the wait time is horrible. I called 15 minutes ahead of time and still got to wait another 15 minutes there. 😬

My family and I have been loyal customers here since forever. I’ve been coming here with my siblings and my mother ever since I was in 1st grade. I am now 30. This place brings a lot of great memories for me that I cherish a lot. I moved out of town many years ago and came back just recently to visit. I had to make a stop. The quality of the drinks were just as good as I remembered them. They were a bit pricey for two drinks that came out to $15. It is about a dollar extra for boba/toppings which I think is a lot. However, the service was wonderful and the lobby is still closed. I’ve tried almost every bubble tea shop in town and know boba so well that I think this is the BEST boba shop in town. I’d recommend this place over and over again and would fully support it as they are a local family in town and Pearl Tea House must be doing something right to still be operating. Even though it isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as other boba shops, it was one of the first to open in town and to introduce boba here. It is the original.

Lots of options for tea: milk tea, ice slush, coffee, flavored tea, macaroons. You can add in jelly or tapioca (boba). Wait time can be long, I would definitely recommend calling in your oder for pickup :] They also have other items available for sail such as tea sets.

Absolutely the best boba I’ve ever had. Recommend the Taro slush, half sweet. Boba is always an amazing texture.

I've tried Bobas everywhere else in Fresno County and other counties in Cali, and I must say this place is the best!

I have been a customer at Pearl Tea House for over 7 years. Visited here today after a while and I will not go here again. Drinks are way too pricey. My large boba drink had cup full of ice and less tea than a small cup size or same. Shady stuff. Very disappointed! And also be aware charging tax for each drink on top of sales tax…

Young man with a beanie greeted me & was super nice. It’s nice to see some new faces. I have been going to this place for a while. I enjoy their classic drinks as this place has been open for a long time!

Super expensive and extra sugary. Pearl Tea House is an ok Tea House. All their drinks, smoothies, shakes, Tea's are very expensive and the quality is ok to good. They need to reduce their prices a little bit to get more customers. Also the customer service is very bad, they just want to get rid of you, this is the feeling I got, both mother and son need to take a course on customer service. Check it out yourself.

I thought i was getting real chai tea but sadly, it was a mix....no tea bag and made in 2 minutes...mix. Also the "dragon chai" wasnt spicey like i was told it was. They didnt ask me if i wanted hot or cold (assumed cold) and added a ton of ice. 1st time and last time. Ill had back to Teazers for an amazing chai tea

One of my favorite tea places. I just wish it wasn't as pricey.

16 dollars for two drinks. And the wait, with no other customers was more than 10 minutes. Plus they’re not really all that excited to even have customers, based on the interaction with the employees...super not worth it.

Not great at explaining drinks/flavors, but I got a large Okinawa milk tea (which kind of tasted like Hmong nam vam) and small Hazelnut milk tea for $14 and they tasted sweet and great!

Absolutely love the milk teas here. The boba tastes fresh and isn't too small or too big. The drinks are never too sweet and I like that one can request amount of sweetness if desired. They are a bit pricy and the location seems a bit dark and outdated and could very much use some help, but the quality of the drinks surpasses that of other spots for me, so I keep returning.

I do really like the boba drinks. There's a lot of flavor. I can't have it often it is very sweet. There is a lot of honey in it. I haven't had much from the menu. It's pricey.

A bit expensive, but the boba drinks are the best in town, so it’s worth every cent! My taro slushy I get from here is always the perfect blend because it’s never too icy and never watered down. The boba is perfect because it’s never overcooked or undercooked; it’s deliciously chewy. This is forever my favorite boba place. No other boba place satisfies me.
