First time at this store. Product was awesome
Saturday morning to grab a coffee and donut with friend. They looked so busy with lots of employees working. Too busy to clean up broken bottle. Glass was on floor with the "wet floor sign". Server/cashier was friendly enough, but assumed we were getting lots of donuts.
Too expensive but when in craving Krispy Kreme I pay

Wife just received a dozen glazed donuts for her birthday reward. It used to be a single donut. Wow! Staff was extremely polite, and efficient. Great coffee. Extremely hot.. be careful. The restrooms require a key for customer and staff protection. The shop is too cold, most employees need hoodies to stay warm. Krispy tradition is alive and well here.
The donuts were amazing. GUSS was friendly and made sure our order was ready on time....great service and great donuts ...
The blended Carmel latte was so GROSS. It tasted like rotten milk. I called to let them know Incase it was expired mix they use and the male employee was very nice and checked the expiration said it was fine. The employees were nice, 👍 customer service is good but the coffee ☕ is gross!! Donuts were good. ONLY Dutch Bros from now on.
Amazing. Friendly staff, very clean and we even got fresh donuts instead of the ones in the case. I will definitely go back and recommend to everyone!!
Very very nice employees ! AMAZING customer service , me , mom and brother went in , first time having KK in a while due to not living near one at the moment , very pleased with the customer service . Even got us the freshest raspberry’s she could find , every person in the building was very sweet and helpful , made our day
Only star I give is the smile of cashier as she was very polite. This store is dirty, and they don't ever have the holiday specials. I went to buy 6 dozen donuts and asked for Christmas dozen they were out, stopped for Valentines dozen several times, they said all 4 times they were out! Today I asked for Resse Peanut butter special dozen and guess what at 8am and 2 pm they were out! So my kids wanted these donuts for school parties and I have to settle for a basic dozen. Only reason I go back is for a hope they have what they say is on the menu. Also the guy making donuts had no hair net long curly hair with hoodie sweatshirt over his head and while he was frosting he had his phone in other hand. Disgusting my kids will have to settle for something else. I'm done!
Totally absurd and terrible service and I won’t recommend for a lot of reasons .
Paid 17.99 for old donuts that were reglazed with chocolate, small and stale. Quality at Fresno Krispy Kreme is not like it used to be. I won't be going there any longer.
Easily the worst donuts I've ever had. Even the mini donuts at the gas station are better.
probably one of the worst donuts we have had! we have been coming here for a while and never had any issues until today… more than half of the menu was out, the ones they gave us weren’t fresh tasting and looked off. definitely don’t think we will be back any time soon. just seems like the workers or the company is getting lazy.
I ordered 2 variety 16 pack donuts for my son's class since he was celebrating his 11th birthday and wanted a treat. I headed over to the krispy kreme store and since there was heavy rain headed for the drive thru. Upon arrival to the window I let the gentleman know I had placed an order online and gave him my name. He went to go look but let me know he didn't have the variety I had ordered and let me know that I can only get glazed or a refund. At this point I asked if I could get chocolate and he said it would be 40 min and they had been sold out. So I decided to get glazed since I couldn't wait any longer and my son's class was waiting. I also let him know that I didn't get a call or email about the donut varietynot available and he said he didn't see the order soon enough. So I waited until a young lady gave me the donuts but before I could ask a question just closed the window on me. The gentleman finally saw that I was still there and I asked if I was going to get a partial refund since I didn't get what I paid for and he said we'll that's why I asked if you wanted a refund or glazed donuts. So I said ok give me a refund and charge me for these. So he did. I understand there's a demand and supply issue but I drove across town for an order placed early to not even get what I had prepaid for. My son was understanding but a little disappointed. I would of liked a heads up or notification that the donuts I had prepaid for were not going to be available before heading over. I do not plan ordering from krispy kreme in the future for my family or staff.
The dozen I purchased in this location was laughable. I know it's a recession but 17.99 for 12 mini size is not okay. I could have just purchased donut holes for cheaper. Did you have someone new making them?

Picked up my birthday free dozen glazed it was great! Wish there was a location in Clovis though!
Last night at 6 pm, we ordered 2 sugar donuts .(“we don’t have sugar donuts”); so we ordered 2 maple glaze donuts (“we don’t have have maple glaze”) … so we ordered 6 regular glazed donuts. We got to drive up window and she said “that’s $12.00”…. No, what? Forget it. Sorry but we don’t want them & drove off. Fresno Donut House is just down the road… for $8 we got 2 glazed, 2 maple bars & 2 apple turnovers. Can you now understand the negative review? We hadn’t been to KrispyKreme in 3 years & likely won’t return.
