Sooo yummy Delicious! Was happy to see the standards are back to like it was when it used to be at Manchester Mall! I grew up with Eddies Bakery since a child and I am not a spring chicken! Always have LOVED their Champagne Cakes! And the rest is just Scrumpdelishious! Spent waaay to much but what a box of Happiness!

Tasted wedding cake for upcoming wedding. My goodness this place has gone way downhill. Completely unprofessional and an absolute waste of time. Cake was mediocre at best. The service is what appalled me the most. Who takes a break at the time of an appointment (we arrived 5 mins early) makes a customer wait while scrolling on her phone (for 8 mins past appointment time), and then brings out what looks like half eating cupcakes with cups of rock hard frosting and has an attitude the whole time..... Eddies needs some new help in the wedding department. The coffee barista was prompt, friendly, and awesome.

On April 15th, Eddies Bakery made a 3 tier 6 in cake, except the topper, for my nieces shower and 30 cupcakes. The cake topper was from Etsy. The cake was beautiful as were the cupcakes. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were VERY dry and the vanilla ones were hard on top with little flavor. The chocolate ones were a little more moist but still a disappointnent. Cakes are always fabulous at Eddies but stay away from the cupcakes. They aren't the same quality sadly.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and the cookies the last 4-5 times have been so old and dry. I keep hoping things would get better!! But so many things are stale. And once again I tried!!! Only to PAY over $5 for one cookie!! And the butter cookies DRY AND BAD as well!! I do like the pastries but most other stuff is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Never have the seasonal cookies been good!! I’m gonna try and post pictures if it lets me.

I have been coming here many years my favorite is strawberry pizza pie. However recently last 2 times I have purchased the pie, this last time deffinitly really bothered me. These are not cheap pies I may add. I think they forgot to put the cream under the strawberries. I couldn't see and taste it, except for dry crust I was very disappointed, It was my mothers birthday and it was so tasteless, it had more crumbs and sugar covering most of the strawberrie filling . It had almost no cream, it was horrible. I am sorry for leaving such a negative note. The making of these pies were and used too be the best . Maybe there is lots more new staff baking in the kitchen but its getting sloppy.

Brought my sister in today before her doctor's appointment and decided on having the avocado toast : 1 with scrambled eggs, the other with eggs over easy. The meals came with fresh cut fruit, and we decided to have some decaf coffee. The wheat bread was toasted to perfection, with a good amount of avocado spread, along with tomatoes and sprouts. Tasty and filling. We decided to take some cheese danish and a loaf of the wheat bread home. They offer many different types of bakery goods, as well as cakes. Give them a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Eddie's is a local classic, with a packed bakery case, custom cakes, a delicious brunch menu, and a coffee bar featuring Peet's Coffee. We've enjoying coming here for years, and have enjoyed almost everything. They're almost always busy at breakfast, but you're able to draw a number upon entry and the line moves quickly most of the time. We've also ordered several custom birthday cakes, which are definitely a splurge, but have been well done and enjoyed by all. I have noticed inconsistencies with their drip coffee over the years-- sometimes it's so strong it's almost syrupy, other times it's appropriate (but you never know what you're going to get). This has been a turn off for me at times, as someone who frequented this bakery weekly for a coffee before work. Just an FYI.

A trip to Eddie's never disappoints. They have an amazing selection of baked goods to satisfy even the pickiest sweet-tooths. You can also purchase various fresh baked breads, Peets coffee and grab a Cafe style lunch.

It was my first time trying Eddies !!!! Unfortunately, in my opinion it is overrated. Definitely it’s way better than the groceries cakes, but not for a well reputable bakery. The store is clean and smells good, the presentation and decoration are nice, but the most important thing, the flavor, it was below average. You can tell that it is a ready mix cake with normal whipping cream….. For a bakery like eddies…… you can guys do waaaay better

Worst customer service. I called 30 minutes before closing asking if they had cakes because I needed a last minute cake for myself since my other cake was a no show and was a last minute. They said they had plenty and I could come I did tell them I would be there close to 6 due to the rain storm if it would be okay and she said that as long as I go there by 6 I would be fine. I got there at 5:58pm they all saw me and I came to the door and she opened it and said sorry we are closed it was not even 6pm!!! Eddies has been my favorite until now, extremely disappointed and drove fast to get there for my birthday cake to be told no. The sale would have taken 1 minute.

5 cupcakes cost me $24...I don't mind paying if they were ok. Completely stale. Frosting is bland and way to sugary. Please work on quality over quantity. Same goes for cakes. Previous ownership was amazing.

Great bakery but they charge for every little detail which is understandable. But wow for a quarter sheet cake starting at $45 I ended up paying a total of $80 out the door.

Eddie's Bakery made our wedding cake for our October 2022 wedding and it was the most fantastic experience! From the consultation and tasting to getting down all the details for our cake design, we had such an amazing experience with their wedding cake department! I have had some weird experiences with customer service in the general bakery (and trying to place an order for catering for my bridal shower). However, if you are looking to have a wedding cake made, look no further! The gal who manages the wedding cakes is AMAZING, and the prices are definitely reasonable! (PS: Floral was from Clovis East Timberblossom, as Eddie's requests you provide the floral for cakes the day before the cake pick-up)
