Their icecream sandwiches are amazing. Also icecream + waffle is an amazing combination. Fantastic customer service especially the curly haired kid with the airport. He gave me a free scoop!

Was over charged. Original transaction was 10.97 and for some reason first swipe didn't read so emoplyee retried transaction and inseted card into white reader and was charged 12.97. Pretty sure he tipped himself. And when We left we noticed that it was not the 2 scoops we paid for it was maybe one scoop. Very disappointed, like their ice cream but won't be going back after being cheated like that.
When we first got here, there was a sign up saying restroom break, be back in 10 minutes. Thought that was really weird, never seen a "restroom break" sign before, but now seeing other reviews on this place saying the same thing. Well after waiting 25 minutes, a young kid in sweatpants comes and opens the door and takes the order of a family that just walked in instead of mine. When I ordered he gave me a waffle cone I didn't ask for, then upcharging me $1.50 for it when the menu only said it was$1.00. Called him on it and he said oh the waffle cone is more expensive based on how many scoops you get, so since I got two scoops, the waffle cone was $1.50 instead of a dollar. Not that that makes any sense, but at least update your menu to tell me that, I mean come on. It's a digital menu. It's not that hard to update. Also, the mint chocolate chip ice cream very sandy texture. Not sure why it was weird. I've never had ice cream be sandy before but the mocha chocolate fudge was very good. I will say they had plenty of options and I would say I would come back if the staff and incorrect menu pricing wasn't so bad.
Second time here and I really wanted to love it because I think their concept is great but unfortunately the cookies we had tonight with our cookie sundae were stale and difficult to bite into. I was expecting the soft baked cookie, assuming that they are baked fresh there but it totally was not. I still enjoy the ice cream, flavors, and toppings. Maybe the cookies were more “fresh” earlier in the day? I would still come back and try one more time.
I hate to be that guy, but if you’re looking for good vegan treats— try somewhere else. Based on the vegan options alone, I get the impression that Cream doesn’t do ice cream or cookies very well.
Ice cream and cookies are tasty, but overpriced for what you get. If you order the cookies and scoop of ice cream unassembled, it will cost 1.50 more. They should tell you this up front if you’re ordering this way. Won’t leave a tip again without checking charges first, but we won’t be back.
This place has great options and very tasty ice cream. However the staff that was working the day I went was horrible. They put a paper up that said on a 10 minute bathroom break. Cool we all have to go to restroom however I was there for a good 20 minutes and no one would appear. I called the phone no answer knocked the door, no response. I was legitimately worried the person inside had had an accident or something. Out of the restroom comes this young guy like nothing with his airpods on. Receives our orders, whatever, gets them done they are delicious, I pay he then gives me the straws instead of handing he just throws them at me. After waiting a while to finally try this place, first experience wasn’t pleasant they need better staff for sure.
Very professional, friendly and treat you like family. One thing about them is they only accept cash, pay pal or Google pay..👌
The milkshake I got was so watery practically just milk. Would never ever get it again; I rather buy milk from the store in that case. Person left the milkshake machine on the whole time i was there so of course it was pure milk.
I only added the star for the staff. The cookies aren't great. And im a cookie lover.

A nice place to get ice cream. The cookies sandwiches are great. I did get an oatmeal cookie, however that was a little hard, but that could be because I went very late at night. Would recommend this place to a friend, very fun and different.
Love this place! The ice cream is tasty and they have different options for your sweet tooth. Cookies, brownies, shakes, sundaes. If you order it from grub hub it will stay frozen until the person delivers it. My most recent visit was in person and the owner I presume is very friendly and personable. The young man behind the counter was also very friendly so kudos on your customer service and kudos on your ice cream shop.

Very good ice cream, they have many good flavor's and the employees are very nice and they even give you a sample to try before making decision. You can also sit outside and eat. Kids love this place and you will also. Check it out.
The ice cream is always delicious and super fairly priced, but the staff is super rude and feels sexist. Seems like one big boys club. The males in there acts like we’re inconveniencing them by ordering, but doesn’t do that when my husband is there with me. If they had friendlier and more inviting staff we would go way more often and may even recommend to family. At the moment, I would be furious if they treated any of my family members the way they consistently have treated us, therefore we take them elsewhere.
