Staff are friendly and welcoming, restaurant space is very homey and comfortable. I’ve yet to try the various baked goods but they look delicious!

Great Middle Eastern coffee and desserts. Relaxed atmosphere to read or work on a laptop while enjoying a variety of coffees/ teas with small bites. Excellent service too!

Definitely tasty, I was finally able to come here and give it a try. Service was exceptional, and the coffee definitely tasted like coffee. Overall, I will come back to try other items on the menu.

The best coffee you can find with the perfect pastries to go with it. The owners are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is everything a Cafe should be. Bab Al-Yemen Latte with the Almond Cake or Baklava is my favorite.

Coffee is special. Baklava is best I’ve had and the cup with cream and soaked cake was so good.

Out of this world experience. I didn’t want to leave. It’s so unique! Everyone was super nice and personable. True worldly knowledge and kindness in this shop. The aden shai and honeycomb were delightful. Perfect amount of sweet, perfect amount of serenity. This place is beautiful in the inside, clean, and absolutely luxurious.

Really enjoyed this place. Though it’s a Yemeni cafe, the atmosphere reminded me of an old school neighborhood kissaten you find in Japan.

Hidden gem? Perhaps. Visited on a weekday early afternoon. Got the mufawar along with a few delicious pastries. The gentleman who helped us was very polite and informative as it was our first time. Ambiance is nice and the chairs were fairly comfy. Definitely recommend stopping in to try something a little different.

I had a Harazi coffee and it was delicious! The spices add such a nice flavor to the coffee. Enjoyed the drink in store and it was a lovely atmosphere to sit in and enjoy the drink! The people were so friendly too; Met the owner and he was very personable !

My favorite coffee I’ve had, delicious with all the spices. Pastries were amazing, not too sweet, and totally nostalgic to the yemeni pastries I had as a child. Paired great with the coffee. Gentle atmosphere with comfy chairs. Quiet & relaxing, with low ambient music. And very friendly customer service. Can’t believe it took this long to find this place, instantly one of my favorites!

This is a really special place. Fresno is full of chain restaurants, so Bab Al-Yemen is a diamond in the rough. The owner was there when I went and was very nice, you can tell a lot of passion goes into running the cafe.

Prefect place for afternoon tea. The tea pots are very generous for the price and the tea tastes amazing. I'm guessing the coffee would be good too but I haven't had it yet. The shop owner is very kind and welcoming and the customer service is top notch. The sweets are to die for. Nothing is overly sweet and goes so well with the tea. Absolutely come here for the immaculate vibes, great drinks and snacks. Great place to unwind. Also when you order a pot of tea, you get served a lovely tray with a little tea candle to keep your pot hot and fresh!
