This place is great! My wife had the Avocado toast which she loved and it looked delicious!!! She loved her Macchiato and I had the espresso flight which was so good! Highly recommend, the employees are great and the coffee is good, great atmosphere as well with some vegan options!
Amazing coffee with a vibe to match. The coffee was some of the best I have had in Fresno and you can tell they take their coffee serious. I had a vanilla lavender coke brew and it was amazing. The owner took our order and was as nice and he was knowledgeable. Looking forward to coming back next weekend to try their Turkish Coffee. Definitely found my new spot.

The best dang coffee shop in Fresno. No matter how low I am feeling they always put a smile on my face and I just love everything they do. You can't go wrong, food or drink. My roommate loves lattes, I love strong black coffee and both of us are always more than satisfied here. Their pour over is to die for and their toasts and oatmeal are equally divine Do yourself a favor and come into Alchemist, you won't be disappointed

Best best best. Best staff, best food, the toasts and pastries by Craig are AMAZING. and the coffee is top notch. The prices are SO reasonable. I work in the neighborhood and this shop is such a welcomed sight.
Finally made it in. Met a friend over coffee. Went for a basic cappuccino. Drink was great. Strong, smooth espresso mixed with perfectly foamed milk. I loved the traffic in and out. Great atmosphere. Good smells were coming out of the kitchen, but I didn’t eat anything. Only negative is that they could use some more seating, but that’s a good problem to have.

First visit here, tried the 16oz iced mocha and it was delicious! I love the quaint atmosphere, and the wall art with accurate chemical structures is adorable! Friendly staff, tasty coffee, cute wall art, what's not to like? 😊

First time trying coming to this place, the environment was pretty good, the lighting was nice and atmosphere was great. Staff was welcoming, got an iced black coffee americano and its notes were pretty good, nice balance of sweetness and acidity. It’s missing a few notes on some flavor but it was a good cup, affordable as well not a bad spot. 4.6/5 coffee shop.
Today was my first time in. I found it to be a warm and inviting setting. Unfortunately I found it also to be a bit loud with it at full capacity. The staff member who took my order was knowledgeable about each item that I had questions about. The servers who brought out beverages was very nice and respectful. I had turkish coffee and found it to be very yummy! I normally enjoy strong coffee, so this felt right. I could smell and taste the blend of cardamom that was described to me. I will definitely come back!
The alchemist has been so wonderful and a much needed addition to the neighborhood. So comforting coming in and seeing so many transfered regulars from the revue. Alchemist has captured the magic of community, customer service, and consistency that the tower morning coffee drinkers crave. Even staff at component regularly tell customers to come to alchemist instead due to their food options, prices, and flavors. I’m so grateful to have this place nearby as an affordable and pleasant option. I hope to see them migrate to a larger space one day but they are doing sensational with what they have. Nice to see the values and vibes of tower reflected in at least one coffee shop these days!!!
