I visited cafe 1 during covid and was told I had to order before sitting. I was ok with that until I noticed the hostess let some people in and handed them menu's. Eventually she took my parties orders and let us in. I could not believe especially I am always a gentleman. I kept my cool, not wanting to making scene. I waited patiently for my food and the hostess got my order completely wrong. As I left, I paid and when I got to the door a family was entering the restaurant as I opened the door for them. the hostess proceeded to seat the party and handed them menu's and hot coffee. I could not believe my eyes. I am a mendocino county resident for over 25 years. very disappointed. I will never go back to cafe 1 ever again.
Reasonable price, delicious food with an eye to health.
So good, we went back the very next day. Corned beef & hash is so fresh and delicious. Chorizo plate had amazing flavors. Service was endearing ❤️
Wow. Excellent breakfast with a very nice assortment of very creative and wonderfully tasting dishes. The atmosphere is very groovy and chill. Great service and comfortable prices. It overall excellent!

Cash/debit only when you dine in. You can order online (to go/pick up) and pay with credit which is what I did. Their hot sauce is pretty good and can be purchased by the bottle.
Went to fort bragg for the first time and a quick weekend get away. So happy we stopped here for brunch! Local fresh ingredients and it showed! So yummy and staff was so great.

Great food comes in a pleasing variety of options! Organic a huge plus! Fresh squeezed orange juice. Scones are yummy, not dry. Can’t wait to try their homemade ice cream!
We stumbled upon this wonderful resturaunt on a rainy day during a trip north on PCH 1. What a diamond in the rough!! This family owned business has the most fabulous tasting food!! The service was that of a five-star resturaunt but wrapped up expertly in a comfortable, bright, and peaceful atmosphere! The menu did not lack for options and the quality of ingredients used was apparent. The entire experience was most enjoyable! Resturaunts like this are not easy to find anymore. The pride taken by the family and employees was evident. I wished I lived closer so I could support this fine establishment on a daily basis!
This place is one of my go to spots for lunch with the family on a weekend. The food is always good and the staff are friendly and nice. It can be a little pricey if you order the wrong thing, but I've never had a bad meal here!
Everything was delicious, staff is super friendly and everything is organic even the coffee!! Food is organic non gmo highly recommend!!
