Nice breakfast options and chill hang out spot. Not as fancy as the modern coffee shop but still a nice neighborhood vibe.
Good coffee, lots of pastries, great turkey pesto sandwich, breakfast burrito bit uninspiring. Outdoor seating on the side is fabulous with a bit of a garden; atmosphere inside reminds me of old school midtown with classic rock playing.
Good selection of muffins and baked goods, cappuccino was very tasty.

This is one of our favorite places in the area. Years ago we found the little park across the street and had a picnic with fast food we bought elsewhere. Since discovering this place, it's the only place we frequent. The wild fancy roosters strolling about and crowing give it a special touch and the food and service are absolutely top notch.

Very nice staff, great food, and such a cute spot! Just moved to this area and I feel so spoiled already having a spot like this nearby :). The Guineafowls and chickens nearby are fun to watch also.

This place is amazing. My wife and I visited today and had the most delicious sandwiches. I highly recommend. Get the California Bird. It's so good.
