The girls here are really nice but one of the guys I’ve noticed has tipped himself without asking a few times and I don’t know if it’s on accident but it would be nice if he would ask first if I’d like to tip him. He’s very flat and not very customer service-y. Other than that everyone is super nice.
Some people have ALLERGIES ! I understand giving dogs treats, but touching dogs for minutes all over the place and then grabbing my cup and making my drink right after and not washing your hands is disgusting. What kitchen do you know of that has people petting dogs and then touching the rim of your cup. At least wash your hands. This is at 1:45am on 5/3/2023 both girls touched the dog and didn’t wash hands, one asian, one light skin. Totally not okay, what if i get an allergic reaction on top of a dog hair in my drink ?

They know me and my brother our favorite coffee place to come too everyday after work even on our days off!!! They know our usual and it's perfect every time. Dutch Bros is the best their service is superior,😊 you can't get awesome service like that at Starbucks 💞🤘
Used to love this location but as many other places recently it’s going down hill, slowest drive thro ever male cashier chats with his buddies customers in front of me for 10-15 mins every time I encounter him at the window & spare customer service with me & the rest, no longer smiles and greetings from the girls working outside, and on top of it they don’t bother making drinks like shark attack & others like they used to and just blend everything together and call it a day! I no longer feel the pleasure driving there anymore!
I Don’t come here often but I have to say I’m glad I did! 🙂 the line was long but the service was very fast and very friendly! I tried a iced white mocha which was delicious 🤤 along with the orange cranberry muffin top. I would recommend this location even when the line is long, they know how to service customers fast! ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

so I love Dutch Bros been going for years and it's given the opportunity or the choice I will always choose Dutch Bros I can very safely say that every experience with Dutch Bros has always been good they always have my back and always been kind and understanding. Don't be stressed just ordered the lavender freeze stupid delicious

My First Hot Beverage & Experience at Dutch Bros Coffee. I ordered a small white chocolate chai latte and can you believe it? A lemon 🍋 poppyseed Muffin "TOP". I felt like calling up Elaine from Seinfeld and discussing where all the bottoms of the Muffins were cause I don't like to waste food but do love a nice crispy edged muffin top. My friend Olgalydia & I used to go down to the Stanford cafeteria in the mornings @ breakfast time just to get a Mrs. Fields fresh warm blueberry muffin & they were like heaven. 😇 The best part was pulling off the crisp edges of the sugar dusted Muffin tops that melted in our mouths with a slight crisp bite as we devoured every morsel. Lol! This post makes me sound greedy but Kudos to Dutch Bros for selling me a Muffin Top & not wasting a Whole Muffin. It was very good, no crisp edges but, the Chai latte was delectable. It was Yummy! 😉😋💯
Always great service. I typically only get the rebels at Dutch, so I'm not sure about the coffee.

Love Dutch!!! They always make my day when I visit. Their coffee is worth the wait!! Super friendly staff. Always have great suggestions and are willing to help you make your drink better.
I've been coming to this location for over 6 years. Today I had the most unpleasant experience of my entire life with DELANEY, the absolutely incompetent and unprofessional cashier girl at the "Mad House" location. I had to ask for a manager at the location to assist me because she was literally incapable of properly swiping my debit card (????????), and then blamed me for "not having money" when I asked her to try it again. The error was on her end - the manager was able to swipe the card properly on the first try. Delaney, you're absolutely awful. Thanks!
Love Dutch Bros, especially when I need that extra kick. They're always so nice & friendly and always offer my pup a pup cup.
Good people to chat with and who make the drinks, I personally love the iced white zombie chai tea. (Try it with soft top and caramel) It's always delicious! The amount of drinks or flavors you can put together at Dutch Bros, always amazes me, on a good way haha
