Love the Ugly Mug! So many delicious options for coffee and the people working here are always so nice!
It was just okay. The decor is adorable, and fun. And it has a great area for enjoying your coffee outside but the coffee itself was just okay and the service also just okay. They were very busy and the line was long, so I get if they may have been spread thin. They did move the line along quickly. Either way, it was a beautiful place enjoy your coffee outside.
Loved the blueberry vanilla latte.
The latte I had was good. I will definitely come by here when I am in the area again. The only thing to note is they do not have tables inside anymore, only tables outside. The day I came by, it was raining so I couldn't sit and enjoy my coffee there.
This coffee shop would be right at home in a small town...and I mean that in the best possible way. The interior is full of warm wood and decor that makes it feel like you are stepping into someone's home. The Kona coffee is delicious, the croissants are crispy and butter, and the staff is charming and friendly. This is a hidden gem that I selfishly wish would stay hidden (but hope that others visit because it is worth the trip!)
Always a great visit! They didn't offer me a stamp card this time but maybe they don't have them anymore. First time in about a year that I visit!
I will go out of my way to come here. The best.

Love this place. Family owned coffee shop with friendly staff and great customer service. There is plenty of outdoor seating.

Love, love, love The Ugly Mug! This shop is adorable and has some of the best coffee and treats in the area with a lot of menu variety. The service is always excellent and quick, even when there's a line. The baked goods (especially the coffee cake) are fantastic!

Friendly, cute coffee shop with yummy pastries, excellent coffee, and fast service. Next time I'll want to spend more time checking out their curated gifts display and enjoying the patio in front.

One of the better coffee shops around. The lattes are actually quite good and it's a cute place. It's not pure sugar, even in the flavored drinks, so if you are expecting Starbucks it's not that style. With that being said, if you want espresso that actually tastes good, this place makes espresso better than a lot of other places around.
The entire ambience if this place is like magic. Soft jazzy music 🎶 the manmade symbolical fountain outside. The outdoor furniture, all if it just creates a very comfortable and greater experience
A cool place to get a great cup of coffee, served by nice people. Food is excellent as well.
Customer service friendly, hated their no cash policy (they're worried about Covid....apparently that is the only germ in the world....cousin of mine is dying of cancer, so, yeah, having a few other concerns at the moment).
