Nice place, however, the Staff not so friendly. I had coffee here twice. Both times I experienced cramps and stomach issues afterwards. Several weeks later I purchased a latte. Same issues, bad cramps. My friend had a specialty coffee same day. Same stomach issues. Bizarre. The coffee has a very bitter taste and a strange aftertaste. I am an avid coffee drinker, unfortunately I will not return.

First time here and loved the vibe! Super lush and trendy. I’m bias toward lush environments so the monstera leaf in their logo will, by itself, keep me coming back for more brew.

First off the decor is so darned cute! I am so happy they put an awning on Magnolia because I love sitting outside with a good cup of coffee and one of their delicious croissants! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

super cute coffee shop with very sweet employees, but i wasn’t impressed by the coffee itself. we got the cinnamon toast crunch latte and the mocha, both with oatmilk and they both just tasted like slightly sweet milk. you could barely taste the coffee and honestly i think if i closed my eyes, i wouldn’t be able to tell which coffee was which.

Cannot say enough good things about this lovely coffee shop! The attention to detail to make the perfect espresso or drink, paired with the really fun vibes including a free photo booth, and a lot of fun scrumptious goodies and merchandise… This really is a community staple which I wish I could copy paste right up here into San Jose! And of course, a great product is nothing without sincere, friendly staff and this place has all of that and a gem of a general manager!

The aesthetic is adorable but the staff is also very welcoming and friendly to answer any questions. Every drink from the simple to the elaborate has been perfect. But personally I do skip the rose petals, not a fan of the texture. I also love how they supported their community by selling high quality groceries during the peak of the pandemic. Picking up fresh bread through a walk up window was one of my favorite socially distance activities.

Ordered a hot americano and asked if they make it strong cause if not put less water, they said its strong. I got it and it looked see thru almost like tea! I asked the guy if if I could get add shot cause it's real weak,he said get in line and pay for it. I told him I said if it was weak to use less water and he said something about the size of cup and not to stand at the counter where the napkins were cause that was their space 😂. He said I'll make you another but you're gonna have to wait which would take more time than just add shot. The guy was super rude so I just left. The lady was nice. He was a tall guy. If you like weak coffee and getting yelled at --The Palm is your kinda place😁

Good vibes, great coffee, and lovely decor! My wife got the Iced Sweet Creature with oat milk, 2 shots, and a toasty cardamom topping which brought out the flavors of the oatmilk and brought the espresso together- smooth combination with notes of oak and oats. I personally got a tried and true hot Americano which was full, strong, and flavorful. Great spot for fun conversations and quick work/reading!

DONT BUY COFFEE HERE!! The coffee is gross and I paid $8 for nothing special, I bought the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Coffee here and it tasted nothing like cinnamon and was just watered down coffee…the aesthetic is cute for pictures but omg the coffee is horrible.
