The food is fantastic, well worth the price and perfectly seasoned and plated. The service is top notch of course and the atmosphere is comfortable, white table cloth nice but not too stuffy.

This little gem is so unassuming from the outside but the minute you walk in, it's like getting a culinary hug. The kitchen is a well-oiled machine, quietly putting out Michelin-worthy dishes. The service is on point. Honestly, everything is delicious so my best advice is to try something new that you don't normally eat...your tastebuds and tummy will be delighted!

Came here to have a birthday dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the at-home feel of Terrapin Creek. The Hamachi crudo was impeccable - tangy lime and fresh pesto made for an incredible appetizer. Also loved the pork chop entree - hard to beat the creaminess of the farro and mushrooms together. Portions are large and great for sharing. Definitely the best food I've had in Bodega Bay.

Excellent meal! The staff are all gracious in this house converted into a restaurant. Warm ambiance in a California casual setting set the tone for an unpretentious experience with very well thought out menu. We had the Hamachi Krudo to start, very clean fish melted in our mouths balanced with Pesto and radish. Beautiful Moscow mules came out and we enjoyed them with the clam pasta, sea bass, and duck breast entrees. The favors are balanced and well executed, crispy duck fat on the duck dish, lovely sear on the seabass, as well as just the right spice with the chorizo clam pasta dish. The desserts were not too sweet or rich with a delicate balance of flavors. We had the coconut Panna cotta, the apple bread pudding, and the creme friache cheesecake. All were well presented with subtle flavors. I personally like richer desserts, but in the end the chefs approach left us all satisfied. Thank you chef and staff, very well done!

This was my wife's second visit in three days, and my first, and the experience was lovely from start to finish. We came right at opening without a reservation, and they welcomed us into the warm and inviting space. We had two starters and two mains, and all were perfectly prepared and seasoned: octopus, scallops, pork, and wagyu steak. The server was very kind in meeting my dairy and gluten free needs as well. Truly a gem in Bodega Bay!

Every time my wife and I stay in Bodega we go to Terrapin! Their food is amazing and the staff is always very nice! You have to try the Dungeness crab rague. Wow!

Thankfully we were able to snag a table last minute to enjoy an amazing meal. Everything was cooked to perfection, the halibut was perfect and the rib eye was just melt in your mouth. Fantastic food, great service, mellow vibe.

Salads and dessert were amazing. The main courses were definitely off. My husband ordered the pasta. The clams were overwhelmed with too many other ingredients. I had the halibut which was good but lacked a crispy broil look. It looked like it saw a ghost- so pale and not appealing to the eyes. The chef/owner came by and asked how we enjoyed our dinner but did not respond when my husband told him that he did not enjoy the pasta dish- not one word!! That was the biggest fail of the evening in my humble opinion.

Inspired menu with fresh ingredients, this restaurant will not disappoint. Everything we had on the menu was a pleasure and there wasn't anything I would change. Service was attentive and professional but a little "stiff". We would definitely come back.

Goodness! Delicious. Obvious they source food well and prepare it well. Had the quail and halibut. Very flavorful, and the homemade pasta is exquisite. Pumpkin cheesecake also amazing. Recommend it to any who want to try a new place

Having never been to Terrapin Creek before, I was unsure what to expect. And was completely blown away. I am an ardent foodie and fine cook myself, but the quality of the dishes we had was extraordinary. Among the highlights were a phenomenal kabocha squash soup graced with toasted sage oil, an exquisite fish chowder, and a truly wonderful coconut panna cotta with an incredibly tasty passion fruit syrup. This meal was far better than the last time I went to the French Laundry. My highest recommendations! Bravo!

Restaurant was empty but wouldn’t seat us. Restaurant opened at 4:30 and I was there at 4:35pm on a Sunday. Waitresses said it was due to staffing but didn’t even offer a wait time. I wouldn’t never try eating there again because it was obvious they just didn’t want to seat us.
