Good drink but the Boba is not for me
Very lively atmosphere. Was here before prom, nice setting, the boba is great. Service is quick.
I like the place bit it gets super packed. A wait time of 20 minutes or more. It would be nice if they had another location.

Be prepared to spend 20-40min here waiting to order and then receive that order- shop needs to put in better line control for the 10-25 customer deep line that is always there. - Kitchen staff are slow and uncaring, product is inconsistent.
Tell the serious guy with a deadpan face who doesn't greet customers at all to stay in the back
The line is so long they take forever on something that shouldnt take long i had to wait 50 minutes for one drink and i saw two people in the back just talking leaned against the counter and the line never moved for 30 minutes and the line went all the way outside never recomend
Customer service is suck! The casher is so slow 1/8 like 1:30pm. Then she's back and forth in the back talking to her co workers while there's a long line. I ended up walk away waiting 8 mins I'm the front to be order. I've never experienced this kind of service. This is my first time
When I walked into boba time I didn't know what Boba was at all but I was with a friend and they they ordered theirs and I got the Boba Tea and that was great I'll go back to boba time anytime I like it it's really good and good team that's working behind the counter and the Bubba is really good so you guys ought to try it
Horrible customer service. This girls don't realize we're paying for what we're ordering it's not free so why the attitude.

I get to the shop there is a huge line. Only one person running the register. Couldn’t anyone come out and help to get the line down? Very disappointing
I usually enjoy this location but today was not a pleasant experience. The girl who helped us today had a really bad attitude.
Line was super long and didn't have what I wanted they had run out taste wasn't that great way over rated and over priced
Love the boba BUT there is ALWAYS a huge line to order and both stores do not offer online ordering. I would definitely go more often if they offered online ordering.
Really good boba! My favorites are the House milk tea (boba and lactose free milk), coconut strawberry (same items) and the Chamango (just really good tbh). I recommend it👍💯
They ran out of boba. I don't understand how they could run out when it's advertised in their store name

Whitest Boba shop I’ve ever been to. The boba was unsweetened so it tasted like nothing and the jasmine tea part of my drink tasted like nothing.
