Love that we finally have Cuban coffee in Bakersfield! Staff is helpful and friendly - new favorite.
I love Cuban coffee, and when I found out about this place I was anxious to give it a try. Located on 19th street just west of Q street, it’s in the heart of Bakersfield’s downtown resurgence. The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was classy but not pretentious. And the coffee. Wow. I highly recommend.
Wife brought me the Cafe con Leche yesterday and it was great. Dropped by and got myself a simple black coffee. Will be back soon to try the Cortido.

My family stopped by when driving through Bakersfield. The Cuban coffees were all very good. We enjoyed the empanada pastries immensely. Adventure Awaits is an artisanal experience. Will definitely stop by again.
I love this coffee shop with all my heart. My father helped the owner renovate it, I saw it go from an empty building full of promise to now a full running business. The owners a kind man who let me experience my first Cuban coffee, which was heavenly. And I still go visit when I can, always looking forward to order.
Amazing coffee! We got to meet the owner and hear his story. He knows what he's doing and I love the simple ambiance. He definitely put his soul in the menu and I appreciate the dedication put into the products. This place will do great and it's such a good addition to downtown Bakersfield. They sell local goods inside and you can purchase some of their beans. I'm glad they are open later since it's not common. Perfect for a post dinner or morning espresso and snack.

Awesome Find. We were in Bakersfield, visiting from portland (so maybe a little bit 'coffee snobs'). This place is great. Really good coffee, interesting menu, very pleasant staff, reasonable prices. I wish it was in my neighborhood.
Best coffee in town. Staff in friendly. Store looks trendy. Owner is an awesome good dude. I go by here every chance I get. Wish there were more locations in town!

Amazing new coffee shop and quick favorite for me! Fantastic coffee with rich flavors and enough caffeine to keep me going for the day. Excited for the upstairs co-work space as well! Will be a great stop for commuters needing a nice place to work and rest. Take a stop here and try the empanadas too. Totally worth it. Staff was super knowledgable and friendly too. I hope to see this place shine.

This place is the place to be!!! I go here every Saturday, the people are amazing, the coffee is incredible, and nothing beats it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Have y'all heard we have legit Cuban coffee in Bakersfield? It's freaking delicious and wildly strong. The decor is darling, and the owners and staff are friendly beyond compare. It's a must-visit!
