I like going to Dutch Brothers I like the vibe I'm sorry so much better than Starbucks the young people working at Dutch Brothers are upbeat and have a great attitude! They're drinks are amazing too check out their Secret Menu you have to Google it, just Google Dutch Brothers Secret Menu you will not find this menu at one of their stores that's why it's called a Secret Menu,you will find I over 85 drinks that are not posted at their stores menus. My wife's favorite drink is a hot Chai Tea Latte and mine is a Mocha Hot Espresso or Cold, and when it's hot outside I get a Black Tea Eclipse iced,try it, It's my favorite during the summer! Another great drink is an iced Midnight with black tea and pomegranate!
Great drinks best I ever had . They have so many flavors ,I'm sure they have a flavor for everyone.
Been going to dutch bros for awhile, sometimes it seems the newer employees don't make the drinks as good as before.
The line was extremely long, waited for 45 min for a drink, got the new mangonada rebel. I didn't like it at all extremely sweet, they asked me if I wanted it with lemonade and I said yes, I don't know if this is the reason why the drink was extremely sweet but it was very unpleasant. Employees were nice and polite.
Came to dutch on Columbus n Mt. Vernon n again they messed up my order. Idk if they r not listening or what but made my drink 2 times n still not what we asked for. Sorry guys n the wait for the drinks was insane no lie. Same drink different colors 🤔
Update- Went today, Easter Sunday 3-9-2023. Very excellent service. Friendly employees with great attitudes. They make it fun. Always wonderful! The associates are good. I have been to this location a few times and the drinks turn out how they're supposed to.
Got an iced caramel latte. It was just ok. Couldn't taste the caramel and the cup wasn't garnished with caramel. I used to live in Washington and the drinks up there were much better. You didn't have to ask for anything they just made them great. Maybe the mafia needs to come down and show these Californians how it's done.
Their way better than Starbucks. Chai tea is delicious 😋

They take for ever to make an order, they talk way too much with the customer. Not everyone have the luxury of time to be chatting it up.
They're coffee is just awesome they drinks are bomb and I love there's service

I didn't like how it wasn't sweet enough and he remade it brand new and it was soo yum! They have patience with me it was nice.

The blended carmalizer is just awesome. I try to stop when I see a Dutch Bros on my travels.
I started going to Dutch Bros bcuz Starbucks was constantly getting my drinks wrong through the order ahead app and after a while I decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised with Dutch Bros prices, they are just a little cheaper than other coffee places and you don't get charged by every customization. They have a rewards system through their app but you can't order ahead, they open at 5am every day and their full drink menu is on their app (they do sell a few bakery items, no sandwiches or other food items). *Update the last couple of days the new staff has been getting my drinks wrong... also, I find it strange that they hand you their tablets to see if you want to leave a tip. I prefer to place the tip on the jar by the window instead of having it come out of my app balance.
