Amazing coffee for pretty good prices. I get two larges and it's only $9, you can't get that type of price at Starbucks.
They really do have the sweetest employees. They always welcome you with a smile. I use the app to pay so it's a quick stop. I love that after a few coffees, you receive a free one. This is our favorite coffee place.
Ordered two coffees and breakfast sandwhiches online, husband went to pick them up. They didn’t offer a drink carrier and handed the two sandwiches to him without a bag. He asks for a bag and was told that’s how they came. He had to ask AGAIN for a bag to carry them in. He comes back and when I take a bite of mine, it’s literally frozen in the middle. I go back and give them the sandwiches and asked for a refund only to be told that they don’t issue refunds because they were made properly. I said, again, no it wasn’t, it was frozen. She says she made it properly. I asked for them back and she says no they’re in the trash. I said I don’t care I paid for them, I want them back and she again refuses. Mind you, her whole demeanor was very rude and entitled. Obviously I’m upset and I told her she was insanely ridiculous and as I drove off, she yells “ok babe have a good day!” I come back around and ask what she called me and says babe, and says she can say whatever she wants because I called her ridiculous. I of course was mad at this point and went off and left, and then my husband went back to look for a district manager or corporate number on the building and she called the cops!!! Unreal, no one knows what customer service anymore and likes to steal money from customers, all the while we’re in town so my husband can say goodbye to his dying father and this is what we had to deal with. Unreal, unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting I am coming back to add that the owner did contact me within minutes of me reaching out, apologized and refunded my money and sent me a gift card. My review is more about this individual I had these problems with rather than Scooters as a whole, and I am thankful to the owner for making things right, and why I changed from one star to three stars.
Really bad coffee … could not finish it. I would be willing to try again as i understand mistakes can be made with places being new. Great looking place and nice people. It just tasted bad.
I love scooters coffee, however my family and I can no longer go there due to the lack of attention they pay to orders. We have 2 diabetics in our family and on 3 different occasions have asked for sugar free drinks (wich they promote as an advantage over competitors) And recieves drinks that they later admitted had ice cream base. I really think the staff just isn't fully trained in understanding nutritional guid3s and that's probably where the issue lies. However we triple checked after we ordered and they assured us.

Great stop in Harrison. Super friendly staff. The breakfast sandwiches are a nice change from the boring stuff everyone else has. Be sure to ask for a pup cup for your dog!
Great drinks and service
I ordered a plain medium hot coffee with cream. I get to the window it was 3.00 and some change. The girl gives me a small coffee. I went to say I ordered a medium but she closed the window and walked away. $3.00 for a small coffee is ridiculous. Oh yea there was a guy twirling a sign out front that said all drinks half off. So does this mean a small plain coffee is actually $6.00? Well I won't be back to find out. I will continue to go to Dunkin.
