The girls who work at this Dutch are rude if the manager is reading this I hope you make changes you guys should learn from the Dutch on alma school they have way better customer service

Tonight i went to dutch bros and the utter disrespect from the employee at the window was atrocious. Before you make disgusted faces at your costumers for not tipping this one time maybe don’t wear your name around your neck, Bianca. Work on the attitude you work at dutch bros the point is your hospitality. The new dutch bros does not have the same costumer service as the old one just down the street. 0 stars if i could but y’all open late and made my drink right

Don't go here, unless you like get cut in line..Even if you've waited longer & also takes forever & skimped on drinks full of ice. Not tipping anymore for subpar service

Ordered a large chocolate milk, I recieved a large cup quite literally HALF FULL. I was charged 6+ dollars because I said large. Disputing the charge with my bank. Edited: Recieved $5 credit for the mistake by corporate.
Love this new location! Staff is fantastic, and the drinks are always delicious and refreshing.
My kids know what to get me for my birthday and Christmas - a DB gift card! Depending on the weather, a large hot or iced sugar-free Kicker (usually with an extra shot) is my go-to! I love having the two locations on McKellips! DutchBros app is the BEST and I love being able to store my preferred tip on it so I don't have to do the math! 😄
New location, another great spot to get my yummy grasshopper chai w cinnameg. AND, their pup cup is free! PS, sbux doesn't even know wat grasshopper is.

Drinks are always made correctly and it’s consistent quality of what you would expect from Dutch. Staff is friendly but the energy level is a lot more laid back which I appreciate in the early morning. My only issue is that the times I do go they let the line get really busy before sending a runner out, the double lines don’t run correctly without them. We recently sat in line for 20 minutes (not a long line either) and a good part of that was the runner only taking the order for the next car in line and waiting for the next to come up. When this location first opened it was so fast and I loved it. But I really never want to wait in line for 20 minutes for coffee. Hopefully it was just an off day and a newbie training.

Staff is always friendly not just to me but also kids in the car too.
This location is nice but whenever I get a blended rebel it’s syrupy and halfway melted. The one on the corner down the street makes better quality drinks I think, but both places are good.
