I got the Hyperchrome iced Rebel and it was fantastic!!! The service is always unbeatable and I love how friendly the baristas are.
This location is great! They are always pleasant and efficient; and the German Chocolate Mocha is phenomenal!
Everyone is super friendly and they keep the line moving.
They are extremely rude and the fact that i spent 45 mins in line do not come here worst Dutch in the east valley. They should learn from the location in Phoenix I have never had an issue with them.
Fastest Dutch I've gone to and never had a mess up in the order. They always have good suggestions on what to try when getting something new.
I just wanted a discount for ex military and they said no cause I didn’t have my cac card even though I got other proof, ridiculous and shameful! Don’t recommend coming here
Fast friendly and a trinket walk that really makes this place a lil jewel. Some have said a wall of trash but i disagree. I think it shows character
I ordered a HOT tuxedo that cost almost $7 for basically iced chocolate milk... are you kidding me??? I could have gone to the store and bought a gallon of choc milk and it would have tasted better and been a hell of a lot cheaper!!! But apparently I can't say or complain because that's not allowed anymore. You have to take things made wrong or things that aren't done correctly without complaint and let people do whatever they want otherwise you're a "Karen" ....
First time at Dutch...the drive thru line was not very long and both employees did not talk my ear off like I have heard before. Coffee and other beverages were delicious. We had a wide variety for our order and they didn't skip a beat...very quick.
This Dutch Bros has just the nicest employees. They could tell I was super upset temperature converter be sweet to get me to talk to them, in the end he is in my coffee for free and offered me hugs. This particular store found so many genuinely nice people so cold hearted but I Hope these kids or these people stay so genuine and loving. Thanks for everything.
I was being car buddy to my friend who was doordashing and we went to the other location 1st but it wasn't open yet so we went to this location, there was no one behind us in line, but the person taking orders skipped over us when people pulled in behind us and when we got up to the window they didn’t want to take our order and claimed we cut in line, even though there was definitely no one behind us and as far as I could tell there wasn't a sign saying we had to come in from across the parking lot. We probably should have just left but we ordered anyway and the drinks were good but the attitude soured the experience so I personally don't plan on going back to this location anytime soon.
I almost NEVER have a bad thing to say about DB but this morning we stopped on the way to school, so we were a little pressed for time as it was. Totally my fault. Yet I had a very extensive conversation with the young lady taking my order & thought we had an understanding. Whatever she did she didn't listen to anything I said. I specifically asked for a hot drink & got this disgusting cold brew today I'm probably never going to finish. The lady was very sweet butI'm so disappointed. Normally I would've requested the correct drink but again I was pressed for time. My advice, make sure the staff is paying attention. I feel like there's no way my order should've been wrong. Obviously I'll ba back but this was maybe my worst DB experience ever.
I go here daily. They have my order memorized and ready as soon as they see my car.
Friendly employees and amazing service every time
Came to get a pupcup and some drinks for my dogs birthday but we accidentally had entered the line wrong… we’ve been coming to this Dutch since it’s quite literally been standing so that’s the only way we’ve really ever entered into the line haven’t been in awhile so I’m sorry we weren’t aware but as we were pulling further into the drive thru cars had pulled in behind us and the worker told us we needed to get out of the line and go to the back because we didn’t form the line the correct way which was something that was totally accidental because we had no idea.. would’ve been better if they had just let us know for next time and took our order since it wasn’t very busy and like I said multiple times previous we aren’t aware of the strict Dutch bros line rules
Needless to say, dutch employees are always very friendly and kind. It's always a delight being around all those positive vibes. My dog gets lots of love every visit! And the coffee is great!
We are normally very happy with Dutch bros today was the worst, ordered five drinks all five drinks were terrible. Get with it guys -

This is now, the best Dutch Bros by far. Maybe I didn't give them a chance but the employees, not the managers per say, make this the best! I got put on honor code to go get my card, which I left at home, come back, pay, all while they gave me the drink before I did! Don't think I will ever forget that. Thanks you to your crew here, I'm so glad others believe there is still goodness in our world. Sometimes right in our own neighborhoods! <3
