Friendly, attentive staff and tasty coffee at great prices.
Been coming here since they opened. I always order off my phone and use the drive through lines and it usually takes less than minute, super convenient. Try the watermelon crawl if you’re not sure what to get it’s great!

Expensive, mediocre food, nothing to write home about. There are better bfast places. Came in today after swim lessons and we were shocked at the inflated prices and tiny portions. We got the Big Love platter that comes with some rehydrated eggs, one paper thin slice of bacon that appeared to be reheated in a waffle iron on top of a basic sausage patty and a slice of overcooked ham also reheated in a waffle iron. The fruit was fine. But the orange was literally disintegrating in front of my eyes. Kiddo got the Not so plain Jane waffle were we were charged an extra $0.99 for four slices of strawberry and the waffle was tough, chewy and impossible for him to cut with a knife. The batter must have been over mixed. Caramel Frappe was delish but overpriced.
Great coffee and food at a reasonable price, friendly, welcoming staff and all in the same parking lot as our kids swim school. Great that we can take the kids to swim lessons, and then walk next door for coffee and breakfast
My husband and I went here to try out their coffee and I was very impressed that they had gluten free options for both waffles and toast! I also had their white chocolate tiramisu latte and it was fabulous!! We will definitely visit here again!
Their waffle scones are fantastic and the staff is fast and friendly 👍

It was a great place. Nice staff, good coffee and good food. I feel bad because the location seems to be a slower area for business. I hope they do well.

Love everything about this place! The environment is cozy, the staff is super sweet and very welcoming and the menu is super delicious especially the cinnamon waffle bites!!

My family and I came for the first time. Great food options and coffee.
Stopped in for a couple of ice coffees and a snack. The cinnamon roll waffle treat was really good. So happy that my Coco Loco was not overly sweet. Really like the atmosphere. I'll go back for sure to try more items on the menu.
Womelet was tasty with salsa. Ladies were upbeat and friendly. I will be back!
