Coffee was fantastic, and customer service was amazing and very welcoming especially compared to any big name coffee shop. Unfortunately their system was down so we were unable to pay, we offered to pay in cash and not worry about the rest but insisted that we didn’t need to pay, definitely made our morning

I am a member of the brcc Coffee club for my Kcups but stopped by for a bag of flying elk and tried the wild berry iced latte...it was great..

Everything about this place is awesome. We visited Arizona for four days, and I came here twice. The first time, I used the drive thru. It was quick a pleasant. The customer service was fantastic and the drink was awesome. The next day, I came back, and went inside. The atmosphere was so cool. Once again, the customer service was excellent, and the coffee was great. I am now a BRCC drinker at home, and will always make it a point to visit the shops anytime I’m n an area where they’re located. I’m hooked! Would HIGHLY recommend.
Hope you don't expect to work or have a normal conversation in this lobby. The front door emits this piercing, high-pitched squeel every time the door closes. The metal chairs on the concrete floor are also very loud. If you are sound sensitive even a little bit or slightly ADD, you'll be miserable in here. However, the gal was kind enough to being me a water while I was sitting here drinking my coffee.

I really wanted to love this coffee shop. However, I was extremely disappointed. We ordered a vanilla hot latte and an iced caramel latte. And neither one tasted good. They both tasted poor. The hot latte had coffee grinds in it. Two stars because the concept of the place is amazing and it’s got a very nice aesthetically pleasing vibe but the coffee was not good.
Really good tea lattes. Especially the lavender lemon. 💜
The best coffee! They are personable and have pride in their work. They don’t hustle you along likes it’s just a job. My husband loves their shirts. My brother is in the marine corps and stated black rifle sends him countless amounts of coffee for him and his branch. We love you all and your business means so much to so many!
