Always a W place to go. Their drink always come out amazing and there is always amazing staff! They make sure everything looks and tastes okay and if it doesn’t, they fix it! Whenever I go they always put a smile on my face personally.
It's always packed. That's how you know it's delicious. Get yourself the Peach Rings drink, or a Tropical Green Tea with sugar or Equal and thank me later!
Since I started going to this DuchBros I have loved it, they have amazing product, and for the most part amazing customer service. However, I feel it has been declining lately; lines have been taking 30-40 minutes to get through, if you walk up off shift employees are there just talking and so customers orders aren't being taken or given out, and I have noticed a pattern of cars getting skipped. This morning there were two cars in the same lane with two people I figured, to save the employees from the walk, I'd pull behind them but when two vehicles pulled into the next lane they were helped first. I really wanted to give a piece of my mind to the guy who skipped us but we were helped by one of their new-hires so I kept to myself till I got upfront and asked for the boys name so I could write a review. They aren't allowed to give out names which I understand but I hope this gets to the guy I'm talking about and something is done because this isn't the first time he's done this.

Morning coffee go to! Always has a line but well worth the wait and moves pretty fast.
I was there about 2 weeks ago and I've seen it all. The girl asked if I wanted to leave a tip... she said 1 2 or 3 dollars. I didn't feel like tipping, but I thought it would be nice, so I told her to round up the change to make it an even number. The girl decided to tip herself a dollar. I told the manager, and the manager decided to defend her, saying that this girl had never done that before. I asked if she had not gotten caught before? The manager didn't understand what I asked. I called the cooperate office and complained. The cooperate office said the district manager would get back to me, but 2 weeks later, still nothing. This tipping is out of control. At least offer an apology for the dishonest people you have working for you. I'll never come to this place again.
The service here is excellent. By far the friendliest staff I've ever witnessed at a business.
I didn't eat there, but they got my car safe, or my lady car safe.
Although I didn't get the amount of chocolate or Carmel drizzle I would have liked today, this place always is on point. Best coffee shop around, and the rewards app is the best! And only place that has the most and best sugar free options!

Amazing! Love the drinks my favorite the kicker or 911 with soft top, the staff is amazing and super sweet.
Great tasting Coffee. The 911 will get you awake no matter what. The Kicker tastes as good with normal caffeine.

22 min wait today - good coffee but when there’s only one person managing the drive-through it’s not as fast.
Coffee is always good. Never to sweet where it feels like I'm just drinking sugar. Staff is always nice and eager to help out in any way. No matter if the line is long it goes by fast

It's good but I wish they would stop throwing the tip in your face and making you feel bad about it.
