First time visiting, I really enjoyed the drink
Good energy good customer service but the walk up window is neglected and waiting for a drink 15 minutes later. This is the third time in morning there isn’t a lot of traffic in the drive thru I wish that they would work on that
Went through the drive thru for some drinks and they were very good.
Lines are too long and too slow. They need to have at minimum 3 ppl out there taking orders at all times and please STOP asking for tips. What the heck am I tipping for? A long line? 1 barista? I think not...........Here's a tip : DONT ASK!!!
Strawberry horchata Chai with soft top meaning whip cream. The best every time. I'm obsessed, got the family obsessed with go every weekend for a total of 3.

I just found it messed up and unethical how you guys have the workers taking order in this heat 92 F with no fan !!! They’re don’t deserve that and they’re not animals
I love coming here and getting coffee. This morning, however, it's one thing to represent customer service but when you have a long line, I think convo should be limited a little. Not to move away from greetings but some us have to get to work. But other than that.. I love DB! Positive attitude at all times! That's what keeps me going back. Plus they had free sticker. Haha. Love DB

It’s a great place but some workers stop to talk and that can be time consuming. There’s also been times where the worker taking my order would be rude and give attitude. Update: I went today on 4/23 and the worker taking the order wasn’t paying attention and I did ask for whipped cream on my drink and didn’t get it. The parking spot in front of the drive thru window is completely unnecessary, it gets in the way of people with big cars who have to turn out and there’s not enough room to turn out when the line blocks not only the turning point but the plaza entrance.
Freddie is absolutely amazing working the walk up window! I love his attitude and customer service. I normally go through the drive through but today I walked up and I’m so glad I did. Freddie is the sole reason I would come back to this Dutch Bros.
The drinks here are always delicious! My to go drink the strawberry lavender tea 💜 it always tastes the same and i absolutely love that. They always ask me how i am doing or what i am up to and i think that's great customer service 🫶🏻 the rewards program on their app its super convenient 👌🏻 😄
The coffees always consistent . unlike star*ucks if u order one type everyday it's never always exactly made the same!
So we came through the drive through and the girl asked for our order before we could even get to the menu and when si told her that she said “bummer, so what would you like to order?” Again I told her there was no menu and wouldn’t offer us one and just stood there looking at us and we just ordered two iced coffees then and a tea then she says “ oh it’s just going to ask you a few questions if you want to leave a tip” as she shows us the iPad . and when we get to the window and I’m explaining to the guy at the drive thru window (African American with curly hair) about what happened he said “ low key I didn’t hear that ma’am “ and I said “high key she was rushing us for our order but didn’t forget to ask for her tip” and he just looked at me with a annoyed face and said”I have 3 drinks for you ma’am “ and “Happy Easter” they are so quick to ask for a quick and don’t help at all when you have a question and are extremely rude when you mention an issue. I’m a mom of two kids and “ma’am is not offensive but the way he said it was.they forget that is paying and coming back pays their bills. If you want to feel disrespected and rushed to tip rude personnel then go right ahead.

Was on vacation and decided to come here a couple times during my trip and the drinks were always great. The service was speedy and staff was very friendly.
I love going to this dutch bros! I want to especially acknowledge lou, who was working the window when i had a bad day. she made me feel a ton better and even ended up giving me the drink for free, so kind of her and really made my day!
Absurdly loooooooooooooooooooong wait to get a coffee. You will probably be in a queue from hell.
Wide variety coffees and drinks. Hot or cold it's always a treat to make the day a little better.
