Came by when it was busy and waited about 12 minutes for a coffee & cabin burrito (not bad at all). prices are reasonable but the lady at the counter did not seem like a people person. a lot of people say the same thing about this specific girl and that she doesn’t seem to be very friendly or welcoming to people. She should work on the bar if she doesn’t like people because it kinda makes the customer feel anxious about ordering. Regardless, they have a pretty big food menu for how small of a place it is and they always have pastries too!
Great little place to grab a coffee and some good conversation... Once inside you forget you are in a strip mall coffee shop, great feel.
My new favorite local coffee shop. Great food, coffee, and atmosphere. Avocado toast is one of the best I’ve had in a coffee shop in Phoenix. CTA bagel is also great. My go-to spot when I want to get out of the house to go work or study at a coffee shop.

I was trying to figure out where to get coffee from one morning as I was traveling from out of town. As I drove up to McDonald's I saw that this place was open so I took a chance and went inside. Place has a fantastic atmosphere inside, the workers inside had a phenomenal attitude and were happy to answer any questions I had. I ordered a cold brew coffee and I am extremely happy with it. Price was extremely competitive too.

Went here on a day off to get some required reading done and was NOT expecting what I saw. Parked the car to see just a regular sign that lead to a gorgeous and cozy interior. I usually never like studying in public places but it was so peaceful I nearly fell asleep in there. Would very much recommend
Every cool space. Homey and warm. Lots of cool wall hangings with cabin themes and neat quotes/sayings. I had delish prickly pear tea and warmed blueberry muffin. Definitely a need to repeat.
This place is so laid back and low key. It's honestly the best coffee spot, in my opinion. There aren't many lights on, which is a huge plus. Especially if you're there to just chill and do some work on your laptop. I mean, they do have little lamps at the tables. So many other coffee shops either have blinding megawatt lights on or have giant window walls, making you feel out in the open or exposed. This place also has the best breakfast burrito too, with some amazing Pico dip. The staff is also always so kind and welcoming. 20/10 would recommend

I only got coffee here and nothing to eat so I can't review the food. The coffee here was some of the best. I love the cabin theme throughout from the decor to the drinks. The drinks are flavors you could imagine drinking on a summers day in the mountains or locked inside during a blizzard. I think I would love it most when the fireplace would be on (I'm not certain when it's on or if it works) It can be a little cramped and tables can be sparse during busiest hours. Overall a good visit.
Brown bear coffee was really good; we went back for seconds! Wife got breakfast burrito which was great. Lean green smoothie is good too! Really cool atmosphere. The only bad ratings are from people who were panicking about Covid thinking the place was too packed. Awesome blue lives matter flag.
When picking a place for coffee, I always check the reviews! We weren’t sure if people liked the coffee, the food or the atmosphere. All three are awesome! Maybe there isn’t latte art, but the coffee is delicious and the food is super tasty. Definitely worth a stop, you’ll enjoy it!
