The bagels taste great, and the staff are generally ok, but they have messed up my orders several times. Additionally, if they are busy, they will not fix your order if you are in drive-thru.

We got our morning coffees and bagels at this location for a few days while visiting family. I'd rate the quality of the food and coffee as 5 stars but the service was uneven. They got several basic coffee orders wrong and had to remake them. They were apologetic about it. We also did the walk in because the drive thru line was always long.

This location was overwhelmed during the Wednesday morning rush hour, and took over 20 minutes to get me my order of a bagel and sandwich. Also, one of the items was the wrong type of bagel. I feel bad because I like Einstein's and it looked like the staff was having a tough time. Plus, the waiting pushed back my schedule so I left it alone.

I normally really like this location, but I’ve been disappointed my last few visits. This visit I came at 1pm on Sunday and ordered the chorizo burrito and an all-nighter. They were out of the hash brown bagel, I replaced it with an asiago bagel. After getting to the window they tell me they can’t make the chorizo burrito. I asked for another all-nighter instead. They tell me they are now out of Asiago bagels, I replaced it with a spinach bagel. After all that, the bagel sandwiches we received had what looked like half a teaspoon of their roasted tomato spread instead of the garlic aioli. I worked in the food industry for nearly 10 years. For a breakfast and lunch restaurant, the expectation should be a busy Sunday brunch and they need to order and prep accordingly. I understand the importance of food cost, but this location has consistently been running out of essential items, leaving much to be desired for their menu items. I hope this reaches the people who can make necessary changes to make this location as enjoyable as it used to be.

Visited there on 3/11/23 at 10:30 AM. Ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese and after 30 minutes of waiting and many people ahead of us we had to leave and asked for the bagels untoasted and plain to go. The dining room was dirty. The staff was completely disorganized and the overall this organized. Management needs to do a better job!

Terrible service. Dirty inside. The staff were rude not greeting anyone or Acknowledging customers. No one could figure out who was helping who. Nothing was stocked in the front fridge for purchase. The coworker proceeded to say I was lying because I told her I never got my bagels and she said boxed them well I’m not sure who grabbed them but I waited over an hour for my order for a business breakfast for the worst customer service. After $150 and tipping well to be treated like that I’ll never return

Nice staff, DISGUSTING sandwich. I orders the bacon egg and cheddar bagel. FIRST OFF, can you all PLEASE stop asking for tips when all you’ve done is take my order and my credit card?? Anyways. I got the sandwich, 2 small very flimsy non-crispy pieces of bacon. And the cheese was cold to the touch. Lost my appetite after just a couple of bits. I will not be back to this location.

Had such a good experience here. The customer service was great. My order on the website showed up late (the website's fault not theirs) and they gave me a free coffee while I waited. Very pleasant staff and clean location. Highly recommend and will be back!

Why only 3 stars? Broken tables. Tables not clean. No napkins. Purchased a bagel box and they would not toast a couple of them. Overall not a great experience.

I've been waiting in the store for nearly 30 minutes on my small order along with many other annoyed customers. Staff seems incompetent and only focused on moving the drive through along. Would ask for a refund, but that would mean another 10+ minutes in line. Will not return to this location, still love their food.

Mia (she called herself the manager ) , inspite of knowing i had a 3 yr old she purposely delayed my order and caused a lot of trouble and inconvinience to us at this location . Highly disappointed , such people should be encouraged and should be given knowledge on how to treat customers

My fiancé and I come here all the time and love it.. until today. I will never ever go back to that business again. The girls in there were incredibly rude. We went through the drive through and got two ham and Swiss egg sandwiches and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The bagel wasn’t even hot. I went back in and kindly asked them to be remade and to make sure they’re hot.. the girl making the sandwiches said “I toasted them, but sure I’ll remake them since I have nothing better to do” clearly loud enough so that I would hear it while slamming the two new bagels on the counter. I then said “ma’am I think that is uncalled for when I came in here very kindly and just wanted a hot sandwich. We come here all the time and get the same exact thing and it’s always great so I would like it to be the same as it usually is” the other girl then proceeded to tell me that their toasters don’t work the best sometimes etc etc. well the second sandwiches weren’t any better and never mind the way she slammed by bag down on the counter, one sandwich wasn’t fully wrapped and the cheese still very hard and not melted at all. My fiancé went in after me to get our money back and she asked if we had a receipt.. even though she just saw him go through the drive through. Patrick was very nice and gave my fiancé a few bagel and shmear cards and apologized. The other girl yelled at him for that and told my fiancé that we should go to a different einsteins next time. So not profession and very very unnecessary and rude. Will never come here again.

Place was filthy, ordered a turkey sandwich no turkey on it. Nobody there to rectify situation all too busy sweeping floors and at drive thru. Bathrooms had no towels floor was sticky. Was like I was in a 3rd world country!!

Not my typical past Einstein's experience - Walked in to a dining room with overflowing garbage cans and trash on floors; limited workers behind counter; ordered 2 turkey and cheese sandwiches - only 1 came with turkey; no chips included (even though board says chips included) and no paper towels in men's restroom. Because of lack of staffing and every one trying to get their drive thru orders out; we did not complain about sandwiches or chips; but definitely won't visit this location again.
