What a cute, colorful little coffee shop. The owner is super sweet. Another hidden gem. I tried an iced dirty chai and it was tasty!
I met Alexandra today, and she is so friendly and kind. I love the vibe of the coffee shop and all the art. My latte was so good. We did a coconut and Carmel latte.
Seriously need to try the coffee here if you haven’t! Beans are so good and you don’t need sweetener in the drink! I get an iced coffee with a splash of cream! Lady who owns it is so kind, and you are supporting a local Ecuadorian cafe! Also try the what are the little cheese things!
So friendly and they have the best dirty chia! Love this place and its unique coffee.
An absolute gem for all things coffee (and more)! The coffee offerings are some of the best you'll ever taste and are so much better than any corporate coffee shop (Starbucks who?) 🙂 The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and service is always warm and caring. Next time you're in the neighborhood, treat yourself and stop in. You'll instantly become a regular. ☕🥧😋
This is an amazing coffee shop. They have the most delicious gluten free treats. Everything was delicious and Alexandra is so warm and friendly. 💕💕💕💕💕💕 I LOVE IT!
I am so glad we decided to check this place out, love the overall vibe it has. The coffee is rich and the pandeyucca pairs very well with it. Alexandria was very sweet and welcoming, she has created an amazing space. In addition to coffee and a few bites, she also has palettas, soaps, lotions, bracelets, and much more by talented artists showcased around the shop. I will definitely be going back.
Great service, super friendly owner, and amazing food and drink! The matcha latte with lavender syrup and honey is amazing! And the Pan De Yucca is to die for!
Great coffee shop with tasty espresso drinks and gluten free pan de yuca treats.
I found this place while visiting some friends and I’m so glad we stopped by! The coffee was DELICIOUS, rich, satisfying, and so much better than commercial coffee chains. Don’t even get me started on the pan de yucca 🤤 We ordered a dozen in advance for next time we’re in and I can’t wait. We also tried the alfajores and tres leches and one of my friends said it was the best alfajor she’s ever had. I appreciate the warm and inviting environment and I’ll always stop by here when I’m in town visiting. Thank you so much!
Such a hidden gem! The owner is so sweet and the coffee is delicious!!!
My wife and I had such an awesome experience in here, if you are going to downtown gilbert absolutely stop and get your coffee here. The quality was incredible and the owner was so so friendly. The mocha tasted like actual chocolate instead of overly sweet like we get in the US, the warm pan de yuca was delightful, and the alfajores were so dense they lasted me two days picking at them. This shop deserves as many customers at it can hold its that good!
I've tasted coffee all over the valley, this place is unexpectedly the best coffee I've had. Get yourself a Cortado with Pan de Yucca you won't regret it.
Great little coffee shop, owner is delightful lady from Ecuador. Coffee was fresh and fantastic!
Delicious coffee, perfect sweetness, pan de yuka is to die for. 10/10 very nice experience
The coffee was amazing and so was the staff👍 They were all very kind and helpful. On top of that, their Ecuadorian pastries are fantastic as well.
Amazing coffee and great customer service by Alexandra, the owner of Galápagos Coffee shop. What a cute place to be! I am Ecuadorian as well and it was so nice meeting her today! She's so friendly and we exchanged stories about our home country. I had "café cortado" this morning and delicious "pan de yuca" (cassava bread). Definitely going back to see her, she's worth the drive from California éxitos Alexandra!!! Keep up the good work, I am so happy and proud of you!!
Alexandra, her shop, the food and of course the coffee was amazing and very authentic! She was so friendly and loved chatting with her about our visit to Galapagos and Ecuador! We will definitely be returning!
Great coffee and staff!
Expect to experience a true South American experience at this Ecuadorian coffee spot. Owned by the sweetest Ecuadorian woman who greets and converses with each customer as if they’ve always been friends. Her shop has the most welcoming and inclusive vibes, the most delicious coffees, and my personal favorite, pan de yucca, which is an Ecuadorian cheese “bread” made by the owner herself. If you want to be a valued guest, and experience coffee made with pride, come to Galapagos.
