Most cheap, literally, cheap products. I did buy a flat iron for my grill that's made in the USA.
The prices tripled in price for the same stuff. It appears they jumped on the price gouging band wagon. Disappointed. Their stuff is no longer worth the value they are now trying to charge for. It used to be decently priced home decor, now it's like going to Biglots but paying Ashley Furniture prices.
Loved this place. I could have spent all day in there but was on a time constraint: I am planning more trips in the future! Loved so many items!
Great store and nice and clean. Very well organized and spread out nicely. Didn't have what I was looking for or a big selection of what I needed. Very small desk section for office desks and wouldn't recommend buying here for that.

I bought some patio chairs, I told the guy that I thought the price he was charging was wrong... since my husband told me the price before I went to pick them up. The cashier said no, it's the right price. I got back home and my husband told me they charged the wrong amount, it was $3+ tax cheaper per patio chair and he was upset that they didn't listen to me. We saw this price on the website. He called and they told me to bring back the chairs and the receipt to fix the price. They can't do it over the phone. We weren't going to waste time/gas, and the hassle of trying to squeeze chairs into a hatchback to drive back so they can do whatever they need or scan whatever they have to scan on the chairs to refund me the correct amount I was overcharged. I was debating disputing this whole charge, I still am. This was the end of last month, that this happened.
Lots of associates but not one asked if I needed help. Also, how about cleaning the bathrooms.

Our cashier was amazing. It's so nice when you get offered rewards and discounts, and someone actually explains the rewards! Plus, he was a Pisces (I'm a Pisces). I could feel the joy vibe!

Great selection of home decor items. It's a big store similar to Hobby Lobby, but they have more inventory.
We went there looking for storage containers and found much more. Great place to find things you didn’t know you need.
Owen is amazing and he helped tremendously at the Williams field location. Christmas Eve Eve and they said that they had wind chimes in stock and there was not one on the floor but we found some boxes and he helped me find the large wind chimes! He was a Christmas miracle! Great team!!
Did an online order. At home charged my credit card, said it would be ready for pick up at 5pm same day. No confirmation email, waited a few days. Checked on the status today of my online order because the charge disappeared. Was told "oh the night shift crew cancelled it." When I asked why because I didn't cancel my order. I was told "because they didn't have it in stock." No phone call...no notification to let me know. The ONLY reason I found out was because I called, what kind of business is that?
