Mmmm, boba. They have a pretty good selection of boba drinks and rolled ice cream, along with milkshakes and cake. Their boba has an interesting texture but was nice and chewy both times I went, not underdone as you sometimes find at various places. They also have lychee jelly. My favorite!

I have had Boba tea but the place takes the cake for me. They have fresh Boba every day. Today was my first day trying sweet monster and man I am kicking my self for not coming here sooner. The customer service was awesome as well.
Terrible customer service. I was not greeted when i walked in. And apparently it was my fault that they got my order wrong.
The idea is amazing but the customer service is pretty terrible. The guy argued with me about what I wanted and just seemed like us ordering here was a burden. If it was run better this would be an amazing store.
I loved the Boba they had tons of options to Choose from and the ice cream is delicious definitely recommend this place!
I ordered a chocolate milkshake with Oreos and brownies and got a cup full of milk with ice and some chocolate syrup in the bottom. So I paid $8 for icy chocolate milk
January 7th I got a cheesecake and chocolate cake. The chocolate cake tasted like it had been there since yesterday and the cheesecake made my lips itch. The cheesecake tasted like someone washed the pan they used to make it but didn’t rinse the soap off good enough.

The milk tea taste terrible，and they charge me 3 dollars extra without telling me and it’s not written in menu!!!
Don’t get the black sugar milk tea it’s basically sugar milk with boba ask for extra syrup if you do. Nothing like the photo of the drink
Ordered a milk shake. It tasted like an ice cream substitute. Definitely made with water because it had ice granules.
So excited to finally try this place, boy was I wrong. We got 5 drinks, 2 mango shakes, strawberry shake, oreo shake and a rootbeer float. Let me start with the price $7.95 for a shake, figured with the inflation we would give it a shot, the drink are HORRIBLE. No flavor to any of them except some sort of powder after taste. EXTREMELY disappointed for the price I just paid. ( basically Ice with some sort of powder blend)
Really need to work on customer service. Individual taking order was not particularly friendly or patient. Also, restroom is closed to the public due to "covid." No mask requirements or other measures, just closed bathrooms without exception even for little kids. Sounds much more like an excuse not to have to keep a public restroom clean.
Ordered 3 drinks with extras. It took a few minutes to make and my daughter got the drinks and we left. A few minutes later realized they put her bobbas in my shake. I tried to call the store 3 times to get it sorted out, but they didn't answer. $30 for 3 drinks and 2 we're messed up. Won't be back cause they can't be bothered to answer the phone.
The drinks are delicous, though the staff does not really do well with customer service. We ordered and the girl at the front made us feel very dumb. My girlfriend got a drink that had jelly Boba instead of the popping Boba. I went to return it to get it exchanged with popping and they took the drink and picked out the jelly and then put popping in it for a lazy attempt to not make a new one. It was full to when I returned it.
So I’m here now can’t get in because the doors are locked. I tried calling multiple times and the open light is on there signs say noon to be opened. The lady is standing inside behind the counter. Not unlocking the door. If you run a business and have employees and time to open. Then you should make sure they do there job. This is ridiculous
Came here today with my family. Both employees were extremely rude. We asked for water being it was our very first time being there and wasn’t sure what they had, they replied they didn’t have any. After ordering our ice cream there were more customers that order and also asked for water which they received. Still with it not being addressed we respectfully asked them do they normally have water in the container they’d had presented the reply was extremely nonchalant if you would consider it a response at all.
Creative ice cream menu and great presentation, however the environment left a lot to be desired. Strong smell of cleaning fluid ruined the taste of ice cream, however the dining area was dirty and there was a lonely dead cactus in the corner. Never thought it would be possible for my 4 year old to find an ice cream place he never wanted to come back to :/
I have bought a lot of milk teas from here so i was surprised when I ordered something today and it came out sour and way too sweet when I ordered it less sweet. Lychee milk tea wasn’t supposed to taste that way, I’ve had it plenty of times from Sweet Monster and when I brought it up they told me no refunds/exchanges. Like what am I supposed to do when you make the drink wrong/inedible? It was sour like it was spoiled. I understand the employees just work there and are just enforcing policy but if you guys don’t make something correct what am I supposed to do? I don’t think I’m going to come back unless this is made right by someone. Spent $8 for a single drink and it was inedible.
