Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I ordered online where it said my food would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived and waited instore for my order. I finally asked at the front about my missing order after people who arrived after me received their food. The counter girl laughed and asked if I waited long and said I needed to let them know i was there and had me sign my receipt. Nothing online said I needed to speak with anyone and there are no visible signs saying to speak with someone at the counter for an online order. I then preceeded to wait another 20 minutes to get my food where even more people who came in after me received their food. Will not eat here again. Also, they should really put out signs, as at least two other people had the same issue and waited a similar amount of time.
One of my favorite places in town to grab a bite to eat. Soups and sandwiches are always great
We ordered ahead an hour before designated pickup time and we wanted soup specifically. We showed up just for them to tell us they ran out of soup. We did get a full refund, but if you have an order that far ahead you should make sure you have that product or at least contact the customer ahead of time to tell them so they don't cross town for nothing.
I really like visiting the bakery and seeing the selection. They have really good bread and sandwiches
Really nice spot in Fairbanks. Recommended!
Awesome sandwich from what I've had
The bread is delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming and quaint. Love this spot!
Fresh and delicious. We plan to go as often as we can. Friendly staff. Lots of options for everyone. It's usually busy but service is quick. It's truly super good!
Good food. Breakfast and cinnamon rolls are amazing.
I've always liked Great Harvest. But, today I got a bowl of soup and side salad and it was $22.00. I didn't even get the slice of bread. It was very expensive and I didn't get much. You should change your prices.
Excellent selection of yummy and nutritious foods, particularly their famous loaves of bread.
Last sandwich I had there was not near as good as ones I’ve had in the past. It was greasier and fell apart. Couple that with the high prices and I find it really not worth eating there anymore.
One of my biggest pet peeves is having inedible slices of tomato put on my sandwich. They should’ve thrown away what they tried to pass for “food”. I don’t like being fed scraps. They’re either completely incompetent or just don’t care. Get it together.
I worked here, it's pretty good. Try the cinnamon bread with the honey butter.
Place has good sandwiches, and a couple of tables outside, what more can you ask for in the summer?
Ordered a sandwich. Tuscan sandwich was already when I opened it. Tasted stale. Not going back. Wasted 13 dollars
Edit: I saw the manager/owner?/whoever was in charge, drop a (bagged) cookie onto the floor then put it onto a plate, touching the sandwich, and served it. That’s absolutely disgusting and not ok. At least wash hands and change the bag. I love this place. They have the best sandwiches and are worth the expense if you can afford it! The BLTA is my absolute favorite following their grilled cheese. The food is always fresh.
Friendly customer service. Amazing sandwich selection on freshly baked bread. Which you can buy a loaf of bread and take home. Fresh ingredients.
I purchased a gift basket for delivery in Fairbanks. I had a few questions and found the owner Tricia, to be extremely helpful. It turns out that Tricia ended up delivering the basket herself. Unfortunately the home address was a bit tricky to find. She very kindly called me for more information and was so patient as I worked to get her in touch with the recipients to guide her. It is obvious that Tricia goes above and beyond for her Great Harvest customers. The basket was filled with delicious breads and treats. I’ll definitely be stopping in for goodies at Great Harvest Bread next time I’m in Fairbanks. Thank you so much Tricia!
Waited 30 minutes, they gave me the wrong sandwich - blt (not the one I ordered), which takes literally 3 minutes to prepare
