Good coffee and nice place to sit for a minute
Very cute and cozy cafe. The cafe au lait was amazing! The server was really sweet and friendly ! Will visit again!
There was no wait when we came on a Saturday morning. It is a cute little cafe. The coffee is good and the biscuits and gravy had a good flavor. Great for a small bite to eat or lunch.
Luved the atmosphere. And to find great bisquets and gravey away from the South was awesome!! Keep rockin' ladies!!
THE BEST blueberry scones I have ever had. Also I love the Kaladi Brothers coffee they use. And I bought the gluten free raspberry almond bar which was also fantastic!
Great hot chocolate and the bacon, egg and cheese wrap was delicious
Owner is super great! I've always received amazing customer service. I highly recommend the deluxe grilled cheese. ^.^ My friends report that the coffee is delicious. And, as someone who does not drink coffee, I can say with certainly that the coffee-alternatives are amazing too! 😋 (Especially the steamers)
Excellent menu and great staff!
I got a hot chocolate and a bagel and I asked if the hot chocolate was good and was told yes.. but it was so disgusting and watery and not sugary at all or chocolaty for the matter… the bagel was given to me like it was in the toaster for 30 seconds max. Never going there again thought it would be a good place at first ..
Tuna melt was tasty. London fog was a little weak. No wifi available.
Nice little coffee shop/cafe. It's a good place to get something warm on those cold Fairbanks mornings. Staff was friendly and prices are pretty standard for the area.
Went out of our way to find a cafe that advertised gluten free options. Disappointed to find out there was no gluten free food.
We were looking for breakfast without a crowd or long wait and found this little cafe. Large portions, great pricing and tastes great as well. Friendly staff is the icing on the cake. Had the biscuits & gravy and the breakfast sammy. #Recommended #VickieTravelz
It’s was not my favorite in Fairbanks. Staff was not rude but not that genuine Alaska friendly I had experienced the last few weeks visiting. I asked very politely for my bacon extra crispy that def didn’t happen and I was the only customer . The grill cheese wasn’t very good !!! A little disappointed . I’d recommend The Cookie Jar and Saltys for breakfast .
I work in the borough building and thus is my favorite lunch spot. Their paninis are a good deal and I have been getting my iced Americanos there for over 4 years and they are perfect eveytime and their baked goods are good too.
The coffee was great, and so was the staff. Definitely the highlight of my day!
Excellent coffee and breakfast!
I spend way to much money here, but it’s the best coffee in Fairbanks!
River city cafe discriminated against SERVICE ANIMALS…. We were told to leave just because we had our service dog with us, he’s a a small chihuahua that is absolutely harmless and was kept away from everyone else. The lady that basically kicked us out after only being there for 3 mins was kind of rude of it too and I went I told her he was a service animal and I had paperwork for it she said she didn’t care.
Best Chai tea ever
