The bagels were very well made and came out fast. The coffee was also made very well. Everything was flavorful and the service was excellent. Highly suggest this place!
Came here for the first time on Thursday 3/9/23. It was so yummy and filling we came back again this morning. The staff is friendly and the food yummy. If you haven’t been here you’re missing out.
I really enjoy this place. My kiddos love the rosemary bagel bites! The Chevy bagel with the salmon cream cheese is a must as well!!!!
Haven’t tried my bagel sandwich yet but the mocha breve was excellent and more importantly the staff who helped us today 14/02/2023 around 1:30 pm were so nice, so patient with our order and just made my day. If I ever visit Fairbanks again, I’ll be sure to go here again! Update: the bagel sandwich was delicious as well. I got a veggie one with cream cheese on a garlic bagel.
Nice bagel and coffee shop with flavored hand-whipped cream cheeses. Good and friendly service. I got the Wild smoked salmon on toasted rosemary bagel ($13.75) and a large flavor of the month coffee (3.75), which was maple-cinnamon streusel, and it was tasty.
Service was horrible the pizza bagel was cold in the middle cheese wasnt melted the bagel was soggy. No brewed coffee the staff was more intrested in talking to each other even though telling them it was out first but for sure our last visit. Waste of money
Pizza bagels were absolutely delicious in - 15 degree weather. Hot and savory. The wild smoked salmon (lox) bagel had a good ratio of everything. Very large bagel selection including a bacon cheddar that I've never had before.
Super over priced in my opinion $30 for two sandwiches is a lot.
My husband and I absolutely love the breakfast protein bowl! Everyone was so friendly here. Love the atmosphere.
what can be better than a cup of hot chocolate and a bagel after 2 hours driving on icy road in Alaska☺️
Their blueberry and pumpkin spice coffee was absolutely awful.... I think it's drip coffee? It came out of their dispensers behind the counter, but it tasted really burnt. My husband and I haven't gone back to try their espresso, but I'm scared to waste my money. I would rather go to any other local coffee drive-through. We also ordered a breakfast wrap, with how expensive it was we thought it would be big enough to split. NOPE. Their wraps are definitely single-serve, they're small length and width wise. I hate to leave a bad review like this, I hope that they can improve and I'll go back one day. 😔
Got the western bagel on the everything bagel+cheddar. Bagel was fantastic with a crispy outside and soft inside. Paired with a dirty chai latte and excellent customer service this was a great experience.
Best breakfast place around! I always get the kickin’ cowboy on their jalapeño bagel with their jalapeño cream cheese and it never disappoints!
Absolutely LOVE Bagels & Brew! Always delicious. Reasonably priced. My only complaint though is that if you ask to add anything, double check it’s on there before leaving! I always get a Mama Mia, add cream cheese, but the last couple of times I’ve gone, they’ve forgotten the cream cheese. Which is a totally understandable mistake, but still upsetting to leave without something you paid extra for.
First meal in Alaska. An onion bagel with cream cheese, red onion, and smoked salmon. Delicious. The wife got a coffee and a creamcheese everything bagel. Loved it equally.
A wonderful break from the free continental hotel breakfasts. Food was very good and the bagels were nice and fresh. The coconut coffee was surprisingly good!

food is always fresh and delicious! we went through the drive thru today and the employee was SO kind and suggested the most delicious blueberry coffees with white chocolate added!
