The river region area has a major deficit in two things: miniature golf and good independent ice cream places. Here is one of the few. Montgomery, get your act together. Bruster's ain't all that.
My first time here was amazing and now I am eagerly looking forward to many more. My gf and I both ordered the affogato, and we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth the finish was on the espresso as it combined with the melted cream and sugar of the ice cream (not traditional gelato here, but thats ok!). The service and atmoshphere were top notch, and the company, both my gf and her mother, were a total blessing. I am excited to come back every time we are in town!

Quiet, cozy, and relaxed atmosphere. Different varieties of coffee and ice cream. Definitely nice place to visit.
If you have social anxiety or are claustrophobic, this place may be a bit much for you at certain times of the day. But if you are a social butterfly, this place is amazing.
They need to fix their hours. Hard to be a patron when your publicly available information is incorrect. Coffee is fair and ice cream is good for small town Alabama.

First time to visit, and I will be back! Easy entry, comfortable couches, and very happy to have a comfortable out of the way spot for my Service Dog to tuck, not be in the way, and still close enough to task if needed. While cosy for the masses, a bit too close for me.
Great place for ice cream, coffee, or chilled drinks. Fantastic decor and nice place. Highly recommended.

Generous scoop of ice cream that was delicious (blueberry cheesecake). We will celebrate now and then by getting ice cream at this place.
Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming and calm. The decor inside.. in its entirety is also AMAZING. 5/5 would recommend!

Beat ice cream in town....at least in my opinion. The coffee is very good as well. I do wish they had a better food selection and frozen blended cofees, but that is minor. The staff is very friendly and helpful but sometimes a little rushed... but rushed because they are often very busy! Great place, if your downtown, make sure you stop, get a milkshake, ice cream, or a coffee and enjoy the store and the river.
