Santos has such a great atmosphere; it was very crowded at the time I came in, but it was still cozy even with so many customers! Best cappuccino I’ve had in years, definitely worth a visit.
Coffee is good but ordered a vanilla latte, 15 minutes later no latte. I didn’t have time to wait any longer, and when I told the cashier, I received an apology but no refund. Then I was told that there were 6 drinks in front of me. Strange because there was no line when I walked in and no warning.
The cashier/batista was rude. Thank you for sugar-free options! The coffee was wonderful.
Nice little place for a coffee and a muffin or many other drinks and pastries.
Great spot. Ordered a latte and it tasted awesome! Also, the lady working there was so friendly.
Friendly and tasty
Nice addition to Mountain Brook and great to see a local company expanding with new locations around town. This was my first visit but I’m sure I’ll put this in the rotation going forward. The coffee is reliably good across Santos locations and I like their coffee sourcing philosophy/methodology and transparency. They have a nice selection of hot breakfast food (only available till 2pm) and their pastries come from Last Call Baking, my favorite bakery in town! Only slight negative is that the shop can get pretty loud since it’s pretty open and busy, but that’s to be expected. Indoor and outdoor seating on the sidewalk are both available. Friendly service and good wifi. Bonus points for alt cups! I can’t rank it among the top shops in town as nothing is over the top the best, but worth a visit nonetheless.
The blueberry cheese danish was very good and the coffee the staff was fast and pleasant
