I normally go here and no issues. My stepsister and I went here for a coffee today (4/21) and I got my coffee no issues, but my stepsister ordered a special drink and asked the guy working if he could make it, he said yes he had everything except the raspberry flavor and she said okay and double checked with him and asked no coffee and he said okay. When the drink was finished she tried it (it looked and tasted nothing like the drink she had ordered and it had coffee base in it and she cannot have coffee). We asked for another coffee and while it may have been tense he started getting an attitude with us and had a very ugly tone. When asked to get the manager he walked away said he would came back with no manager. I politely asked if we could have a different drink when he came back he said “You guys should have said that in the first place instead of making a big deal out of it” and I told him I did ask in the beginning. The workers attitude was very inappropriate, and very unprofessional. When we were leaving I politely told him to have a good day and he just looked at me with an ugly attitude. Will not be visiting the Cafe again.
My White Chocolate Mocha with the syrups I asked for tasted like water.

Nice staff but dirty looks from customers when I go there with my hiking bag I was even approached by security and asked who I was SMH ..5 starrs for staff thumbs down for homeless haters..

All of my experiences have been great! I normally drink a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato in the morning, with a multi-grain bagel, that is to die for! For lunch, I typically have the soup of the day (my favorite is the tomato basil) or the tomato caprese sandwich with a smoothie (the mango and strawberry mix is the best). Either way, you can't go wrong.
Stylish modern entrance to the Troy building in the former Whitley hotel. Cafe is clean and has basic food selections. Boardroom is well appointed for meetings and the Gold ballroom upstairs works well for receptions and speaker meetings of World Affairs Council.
Good food , good coffee, pleasant staff , clean place ,good experience. Memorable 🤗
