I purchased a bedroom suite August 1,2020 . I was told I would receive it within 4-6 weeks due to back order. Here It is November 14,2020 not once have anyone reached out to me in regards to the items purchased . I constantly had to reached out to the manager . I feel like If they wasn't sure of the exact arrival date then they shouldn't be selling those particular items .

My experience here was great. Fast and friendly service. Answered all questions with no problem. Also helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner and at an affordable price. My furniture had to be ordered, but came in the next week. I will be back.
