I love that HSV has so many coffee shops now and I like a lot of them. I know "best" can be subjective, but in my opinion Offbeat's quality, taste, and consistency is the best. The Cappuccino is SO good. So is their Latte's and Chai. I don't do flavored drinks so I don't know about those. I think HSV is sleeping on this place.

Ordered a mocha. Not good. Way too strong. Nice presentation though. Wife had a caramel macchiato. I liked that better.
The atmosphere is incredible. Alexis went above and beyond to make my visit exemplary. Will definitely recommend.

Great coffee, one of the best in Huntsville. Nice retro themed decor. Prices are quite high, however.
Coffee is always excellent! Menu changes occasionally to reflect the seasons and new options. Also, it is a good option if you want to leave the office to get work done.
Ok, so I'm normally a work-at-homebody. This is a great alternative when I want to get out and grab some bites and yet still be productive. The space is clean, staff is super friendly, and food is good. 👌🏿 I find the guests to be a considerate blend of students, professionals, and people looking for a space to hang out with a few friends without getting too rowdy 😁.
Tasty coffee, delicious treats, great atmosphere. It's a comfortable coffee shop with the lo-fi vibe that's just right for enjoying a morning coffee or to hand out and get a little work done.
Neat place. It's inside a building with other businesses and maybe a conference area? It certainly doesn't look on the outside when it looks like on the inside. I had the quiche and a mocha which looked prettier than the photo that I posted. By the time I thought about it, I had already taken a sip 😁. It was very smooth and mild. Not a strong coffee - mocha was not strong but also not bitter. I like eggy stuff so I thought the quiche was very good. The photo looks slightly darker and as a result the quiche looks overdone but it's just well toasted. Very delicious!
I just love the vibe here so much. It’s like the coffee spot of my dreams. Good music, chill vibes, great coffee, yummy pastries....what else could you want. My husband comes in regularly to get a bag or two of coffee. He always looks forward to switching up blends. They also have the best decaf coffee in town. When he gets the coffee ground there they always offer him a free cup of coffee to go. Very nice touch! I’m excited for the drive thru location!
Their chai is sooooo good. Both people were super friendly and helpful, as it was my first time there. What a gem.
The shop, the decor, the coffee, the food items were all really great; like, really great. The service & baristas, tho, were terrible. They talked amongst each other & didn't acknowledge me at all until I got closer to read the menu on bar. The guy with the beard kept staring at me like I was going to burn the place down or something & the girl with blue hair just had an overall poor attitude. Everyone seemed annoyed & I didn't feel wanted nor welcomed; it wasn't a very pleasant experience.
First time at this shop and the lady taking our order didn’t even acknowledge our presence…not at all friendly or welcoming customer service. My persimmon capp, which was recommended by the barista, had dried persimmon bits, which made half the drink undrinkable. Not satisfied with my experience.

My son-in-law took me here for espresso. He knows coffee. I have still not acquired a taste for extremely high-end coffee experiences, but the barista did NOT make me feel inferior. She clearly loved to purvey great coffee and was an expert. Most important, she was patient, generous, and welcoming to me, a self-confessed coffee illiterate.

Great coffee shop! You have to try the drop biscuits. The atmosphere incredible. The vinyls they have for sale, especially from local bands is probably my favorite part.
Really nice coffee place. Cool seasonal drinks. They seem to support other small local eateries so the food items I have had are great quality. Would highly recommend.
