Nothing like fresh doughnuts from KrispyKreme
Ok let's begin, Hot, Fresh, and very Delicious. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, worth the drive, and the wait. (But) if you are told to wait ! (At) the drive thru, by the person at the menu pull up, after you order, and pull ahead anyway, because you think they forgot to get back with you, guess what ! You will be corrected, redirected, and the cause of all problems since creation of time, and space. Ticket #30069 @ 10:06 am. On 05/20/23. Host: madison 108. Please feel free to correct this.
They were straight up rude and hateful. Plus they shorted us a donut. Worst visit ever.
Got some doughnuts this particular date, and they were hot. When I got home there was no icing on the doughnuts like it was supposed to have.

The gentleman who rang us up was very nice. However, the inside is filthy. The whole place could use a deep cleaning.
I’m sorry, but those donuts were dry as hell today. The bread was literally porous. Disappointed I threw $12 in the trash.
Rude and incompetent staff. Out of everything and get an attitude when you want to order more than a coffee. Went through drive through at 2:13pm 4/22/23 if you want to figure it out
My Family and I Love Krispy Kreme Dounuts. They are always fresh and amazing.

Krispy Kreme donuts are amazing but the wait at the Huntsville AL shop is shockingly long. Waiting 30 min in drive thru right now...and it is always a long wait...not because the lines are long or they are short staffed. They are just slow. I cannot imagine how much MORE money this bakery would make if they had an efficient front end.
Went on Friday at 3pm door was locked with many people in the lobby with no sign so it was very confusing. A customer has to speak through the doors to tell us the drive thru was open but it’s was like 10 cars backed up there maybe they are short staffed 🤷🏾♀️
The last two times I've been the donut were terrible 😞
Have been going here my whole life but will not be back. We went through the drive through and asked for some of the current reeses special doughnuts. We were told they were not available for ordering from the drive through however we could walk in and get them, which we did. I am not sure if this is a new policy but have not encountered this in 20 years of going to this location. It was ridiculous enough to prevent me from going back.

My family visits every Saturday. Best doughnuts in the world. The staff are so friendly and even offered to bring out hot and fresh original donut instead of the one in the case. Now, my three year old only wants “hot and fresh” donuts.
What’s the purpose of the hot sign and still be served cold doughnuts?
Your website says your drive thur opens at 530 get there and the employees say six need to get this straight
